Long hair baked into the papadia I just ordered and picked up. Called the store to inform and get a refund, the manager truly did not to care AT ALL! Everyone working in the store was carefree and not wearing proper hair nets or gloves. Never again!

Pizza and breadsticks were delicious! The 2 extra marinara sauces I ordered were missing. I attempted to order online using a Blood Connection gift card and my credit card, but for some reason, the website would not allow me to use both. Can’t blame the local store for that though. The girl who answered the phone at the local store was very sweet and did her best to help me, but she had to transfer me to corporate to place my order.

VERY NICE DELIVERY!☺🍕Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas delivery meat lovers & the works pizza & I have to say Thanks! It was delivered on time in a professional manner hot & fresh! It was delivered right on time & in the 30 min wait time I was told it would be delivered. Thank you to David for delivering my pizza with such Excellent customer service & a smile & very good fresh hot PIZZA! I will definitely return as a papa johns customer! 🍕☺

Inconsistent. Burnt or raw, Delicious with all the toppings you ordered or large spots with no toppings: it's anyone's guess what a Papa John's experience will be at any given time. Sizes are always very small.

You know what you're getting here. This isn't some fancy artisan or New York style pizza, but it's always great service, very quick, and beats most chain pizza joints. They've never messed up an order of mine.

Service was great, the food looked OK, but the food was disgusting! I am one who likes salt but the sauce was too salty for me. it didn’t taste like pizza-even. I can’t describe it. If u could purchase pizza in a can, this would be it. I used to love papa johns pizza decades ago but what I I tasted a day ago I couldn’t tolerate. I know there have been recipes changes since 2000, but it seems like the recipe has changed again in the last few years - to something else...like whoever made the change( or whoever made my pizza) just didn’t give AF! … From an avid pizza lover.
