The restaurant is pretty good but make sure you double check your order as they had ours wrong a few times.
They won’t let people inside because of Covid still even tho it’s long gone now.

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, but to my amazement, they was able to quickly get the line down and serve all the customers in a timely manner. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted wonderful. Definitely will be going back soon!

Food was good, young lady that took my order was polite, patient and informative. Bathroom was clean and stocked. My only issue with my visit was, when l came back from the restroom, l saw the cook put my food in the window and then watched it sit there as 3 employees had a fun filled conversation 2 feet from my food. Never, EVER, acknowledged me even after eye contact. Very frustrating, my cashier who was now cleaning tables in the dining room came back and took care of me, again. Thank you Dyshekie

The website said they were open til 1000 pm for dine in or carryout. We were stopped at the door at 855 and told the dining area was closed. Several people were inside still eating and the drive thru line was very long. We needed a late dinner, so we went somewhere else.

Food was great no complaints. Not to mention this place is always busy the line wasn't bad at all and I got my food hot and fresh 🙌🏾

Pulled in 7:30pm Friday evening. Only 2 cars ahead in drive-through. A couple of cars behind us. Ordered a salad, strips and a sandwich (nothing extraordinary) and pulled up to window. Sat there five mins and was asked to pull up and wait. After 10 mins, wife went to the door and it was locked. After another 5, I walked back to the window. Having waited 20 mins and watching a dozen otjer cars clear the drive-through, I asked how much longer would we be waiting. No swearing or Karen-esque behavior. A simple question. First response was "Do you want a refund?" No, we've driven 5.5) hours and just wanted our food. "So... do you want a refund?" How much longer will it be? "Your strips just went into the fryer. (After 20 mins...) Do you want a refund?" Fine. "It'll take 4-5 business days to process your refund..." Why so long? At this point, the manager, who's been standing there the whole time jumps in. "IT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! (To the server "Close the window") Worst service/attitude ever at a Zaxby's. This will put me off the entire chain for a while.

I love this place I love the cobb salad grilled chicken it's awesome most of the time every once awhile they'll slip up and not put a whole lot of salad in it but you can't beat it getting two meals for one good deal be back
