They're getting better! Customer service here seems more my style. I appreciate them. Recently however I've noticed my burger has gotten greasier. Maybe the grill guy could try something different so my burger buns don't get soggy from the grease. I dunno, but it would be cool.

Craving Hardee's because it's been awhile since I had some. This store didn't let me down. My fave fast food biscuits by far. Pair that with their awesome sausage gravy, delicious. Quick and friendly staff here, building seems remodeled and clean.

The Big Chicken Fillet at Hardee's is typically my "go to" sandwich. Today was disappointing. I only have a 30 minute break and used half of that time driving to and from Hardee's only to discover that my fillet was overcooked, burned beyond crispy. The batter cracked and crumpled to pieces off the breast. Not only did it hurt my mouth, it made a mess in my car. 🙄

This is the 2nd time we have been given burnt biscuits from this location. You can literally smell the burnt biscuits in the bag. I don’t really understand how you pull something out of the oven that looks like this and then you think it’s alright to serve to customers that come through the drive thru. Check your biscuits before you leave unless you like the taste of charcoal.

Poor service unfriendly smoking infeont of the door where custmers come in at and i am allerget to it ask for tea didn't get it ended up with dr pepper didn't want to bother any about anything else cause i could see the body language and expression on their face

My order was taken at the drive thru. When I got to the window they asked my order and had to ring it up again. This location also only has steak right now on Wednesday and Thursdays. The hash browns came a bit under done as well and very soft but not inedible. My chicken was great and the biscuits were good. This was my first time visiting this location because it was close to my midwife. I'm not sure if I'll return or not.
