Texas Roadhouse

Placed a “curbside to go” order. 1 bacon cheeseburger with bacon/cheese steak fries 2 house salads 1 appetizer combo 1cactus blossom Order on the app and the order would be ready to pickup at 747pm. I arrived at 755pm and checked in. Sat for 45 minutes waiting on my order. Waitress that was coming to the cars for pickup said pet of the order was ready, still waiting on the kitchen to finish. At 840pm went into the restaurant to demand my food. Finally received my order. Got home and all my food was cold and no cactus blossom. No apologies from the manager that finally brought my food to me. Sadly this is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Will not be coming back.

Texas roadhouse always serves great steak no matter the location, this is the first time at this location and it was great, I love that they allow you to stop at the guard shake to get on the waitlist before you get to the front door, we had 8 in our party on a very busy night and we still got seated really fast, that was amazing. Though we got seated fast it was still a little longer wait to get food, our waitress was good, and tried to ensure out experience was great. I can say I always love that you can choose your own steak,I added onions for the first time a suggestion from our waitress and it was great and you can always count on the cook to cook just as you ordered, and if you have to take home your left overs you can trust its going to be even better the next day. The drinks were amazing too. I would vist the location again when I'm in town for sure.

Yummy!! Texas Roadhouse of Greenville does it best. The shrimp is always cooked to perfection. The broccoli is perfectly seasoned. The taters are always delicious and seasoned just right!! Of course I can't forget the BEST PART- THEM ROLLS!!! ME AND MY BOYFRIEND LOVE SOME TEXAS ROADHOUSE OF GREENVILLE, NC ❣️🥂

This wasn’t my first time going to a Texas Roadhouse but it was my first time going to this location. Me and my kids loved it!!! The food was amazing and the whole vibe was too. The staff is beyond sweet. I had waitresses who wasn’t even waiting on us stopping and talking playing with the kids.. asking were we okay. FAST service. I’ll definitely be back!

We did call ahead waiting. It was a busy Friday night and Valentine's Day weekend at that! We waited twenty minutes which wasn't bad for how busy they were. Everyone was super nice but our server, Deeana, was everything a server should be and more! She had perfect timing checking in on us and we never went thirsty. The prices are very reasonable as well. You won't be disappointed.
