Order on the app and the order would be ready to pickup at 747pm. I arrived at 755pm and checked in. Sat for 45 minutes waiting on my order. Waitress that was coming to the cars for pickup said pet of the order was ready, still waiting on the kitchen to finish. At 840pm went into the restaurant to demand my food. Finally received my order. Got home and all my food was cold and no cactus blossom. No apologies from the manager that finally brought my food to me. Sadly this is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Will not be coming back.

Texas roadhouse always serves great steak no matter the location, this is the first time at this location and it was great, I love that they allow you to stop at the guard shake to get on the waitlist before you get to the front door, we had 8 in our party on a very busy night and we still got seated really fast, that was amazing. Though we got seated fast it was still a little longer wait to get food, our waitress was good, and tried to ensure out experience was great. I can say I always love that you can choose your own steak,I added onions for the first time a suggestion from our waitress and it was great and you can always count on the cook to cook just as you ordered, and if you have to take home your left overs you can trust its going to be even better the next day. The drinks were amazing too. I would vist the location again when I'm in town for sure.

Yummy!! Texas Roadhouse of Greenville does it best. The shrimp is always cooked to perfection. The broccoli is perfectly seasoned. The taters are always delicious and seasoned just right!! Of course I can't forget the BEST PART- THEM ROLLS!!!

This wasn’t my first time going to a Texas Roadhouse but it was my first time going to this location. Me and my kids loved it!!! The food was amazing and the whole vibe was too. The staff is beyond sweet. I had waitresses who wasn’t even waiting on us stopping and talking playing with the kids.. asking were we okay. FAST service. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was phenomenal, great prices ,service was excellent, staff is all friendly. Our waitress was Cameron she was great. On top on everything, great attitude we enjoyed everything so much on our first ever visit last night we came back for a second time because she said she was working today too.

We did call ahead waiting. It was a busy Friday night and Valentine's Day weekend at that! We waited twenty minutes which wasn't bad for how busy they were. Everyone was super nice but our server, Deeana, was everything a server should be and more! She had perfect timing checking in on us and we never went thirsty. The prices are very reasonable as well. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had a v e st pleasant experience at Texas Road house yesterday Sunday 7Jan18. We entered the door to be greeted by a very friendly staff. There was no-wait time so we were taken to our table and seated. The young lady was there to take our drink order. She brought the drinks and rolls and returned for our salads which were very delicious. At that point she took our orders for two signature sirloin steaks and baked potatoes. As we were completing our salads, the young lady brought our meals. The steakscwere delicious, the service was first class. It was an enjoyable experience as always. Texas Road house is our favorite place to dine in Greenville.

Normally our meals at Texas Roadhouse have be good or very good , this time however I ordered a cheeseburger ( I know it's a steakhouse , don't judge ) . The meat was cooked properly but it was terribly salty. I had my daughter taste it and she said it tasted fine to her. ( she had taken a small bite from the outside edge ) . What I finally figured out was the salt was on the inside. Apparently when the meat was mixed , there was an area of salt that didn't get mixed well and that must have been what I ended up with. Both my Wife and Daughter both had steak and said they were really good. I guess it's just my luck.

It is our favorite place to eat! The food is always great, the service is great and the manager is awesome! Music is too loud. I don't like having to yell at the folks I'm with to carry on a conversation. Only complaint!

Fast, prompt service! A great big shout out to Ryan our server who did an excellent job waiting on us. If you haven't been here, I recommend it highly for great food and atmosphere. Once again I appreciate the service by Ryan, it just added to the good time there.

My daughter and I went there for dinner tonight. The food was pretty good and our server was good but the noise was terrible and there was a couple there and their child cried and screamed for an hour. So our dining experience was horrible. Don't know if I'll ever go there again.

We love Texas Roadhouse because the steaks are the best tasting steaks around! The service is absolutely wonderful. The only thing I could complain about is it is not a big enough facility to serve all of Greenville! 😀
