Applebee's

Waited for 15 minutes before even being aknowledged and they werent busy, then they forgot our mozzarella sticks, so we had to drive all the way back to get them. My fries looked like they had been sitting out for 2 days and were cold with no seasoning which is the ONLY A reason I like their fries and my burger was two patties that looked like they had be torn apart and was cold and nasty and didn't look fresh. I hate this Applebee's and the only reason that I even went here was for the convenience. Don't waste your money!

Normally I love Applebee's but this time not so much. We took out my mother-in-law for her 63 birthday I found a hair in my ribs, the waitress didn't seem to care much about anything to assist us, we litterly had to ask for refills to napkins & even utensils. I was very disappointed with our service. We don't drink alcohol, & our orders were not complete, I finally just got to the point I quit asking. But after paying over $100 for our meal we certainly expected better service & food. I believe in telling people when they do a good job but also I believe in telling them when the visit wasn't good. Absolutely disgusting and inedible! Ordered online at 5pm to pick up at 6pm. I still had to wait 35 minutes for my food. I ordered 2 for $22....didn't receive my appetizer at all. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was watery. The ribs and Bourbon St chicken we received must've been made in a microwave...they were so rubbery. Even the mozzarella sticks were nasty. I had a gift card so thank God I didn't pay actual money for this. Y'all need to do better. I will never go back...even with a gift card.

Food was great service was good only problem was other waiters walked around with back side of pants down showing there underwear. I guess they wanted everyone to know they were thugs.it made me loose my appetite to bad the food tasted good till I seen that you should pay him enough to buy a belt or I would be happy to buy him one.

We waited at the door for at least 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. So we asked another person that was there waiting and he informed us that he had been waiting for about 15 minutes before we arrived and he hasn't been helped. Needless to say we all left. I understand businesses are still sort staff but communication can go a long way

The food and service was terrible. There were only like maybe 10 customers in the restaurant and it took 45 mins to get our food. The alfredo fud not have amy sauce on the noodles or chicken I ask for some sauce and she brought me about 2 tbsp. The manager came and she took 10.00 off our bill. We had the 2 for 25 and she made us pay for the spinach dip. I will never go back
