Today we went thru the drive-thru and the young lady running the window at 4:00PM 1/24/2022 was a very awesome , nice , friendly and very patient with my daughter as it was her first time ever driving in the drive-thru. Thank you for being so kind. You made her first experience great. The food was on point and perfect heat. We will see you soon . Thanks

We ask for a mex pizza w no red sauce and the manager or supervisor and the person on the
Drive through where extremely rude plus when we got home it looks like they throw it and put extra sauce and at the window they deny my husband the dessert made faces and ignore the request.We ask for her name she stayed silent.

I just had an experience at this taco bell that was so bizarre I had to seriously consider if I was in the twilight zone. I unroll my window in the drive through and am immediately told
"We only have beans"
Me (planning on ordering a black bean crunch wrap supreme) "oh okay what kind of beans?"
".....WE ONLY HAVE BEANS"
At this point I'm thinking that's fine since I don't want beef or chicken but there's an inkling maybe they only only have beans so I ask "do you mean the only thing you have is beans or the only meat or filling is beans?"
He says "what do you mean?"
"Like do you have ... Tortillas or cheese?"
He doesn't answer the question he says "you're welcome to wait until morning if you want beef. We should have beef in the morning" I don't want beef and I definitely don't want to wait that long.
Still not sure if the only thing I can order is literally a bowl of beans because surely they have other things in the store and must mean they don't have chicken and beef, I say "just so we're on the same page, which menu items can I order?"
To which he replies "you can get anything on the menu that has beans in it but we only have beans" not "because we only have beans" it was definitely "BUT we only have beans" which convinces me that the only product in this whole taco bell is beans. Before I can consider if maybe I do want just a bowl of beans he says "goodbye"
I ended up getting the new broccoli tots from Sonic down the road. 10/10 would recommend.

By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever walked in to. No one in the lobby or in the drive thru, but the staff are too busy to take my payment or order? No greeting just told to order on the kiosk. No problem. Then stand in the store for 10 minutes waiting to pay. No one acknowledges me. TERRIBLE! Maybe if the staff weren't busy fixing meals for themselves... then they might have time to help customers.

Went last month, all my burritos were made with rice and nothing else. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t give me one because I did the order online, tried to call the next day and no one picked up. Went back today and half of my food was missing and wouldn’t remake it or refund the items that were missing. Definitely avoid this one.

Asked if they had deluxe cravings box. Informed me they don’t sell the box.
Asked if they had chalupas. Nope. None.
Asked if they had the Mexican pizza. Nope. Said they stopped selling it days ago though I got one from this exact location last night.
Sounds more like employees don’t want to work as 3 were sitting outside when I drove up.

I ordered online. When I got there a part of the order was missing. Had to wait for it and instead of them doing the whole order over I ended up with soggy tacos. They had a funny taste to them. I didn't ask for the whole order to be done worried the kids working there would do something to them.

It's sad that we have become accustomed to taco bell being TERRIBLE. Got the Mexican pizza the day it came out, soggy as hell. It was literally the worst Mexican pizza I've ever had in 30 years of eating this slop.
I have them 2 stars because at least I knew this place was TERRIBLE when I went. I guess it's my fault for expecting a place to take pride in their establishment. Not this place...they're rude and extremely racist.
Not like the owner/franchise cares. They won't read these comments or take any action to make it better.
