Came here with friends and had a good predictable lunch that Subway is known for. I came back a week later and was disappointed for the first time in all my years of Subway visits. I was greeted by a young lady who didnt want to be there and made it known. But it got worse when my sandwich was made so sparsely I only tasted the bread. I repeat, this has never happened to me at a Subway before. I feel the owner was there on my first visit, I wish he had been there on my last also. Update 5.5.2022: tried to do lunch here again. The same young lady COMPLAINING about customers coming in. I left, hire folks that want to woek please!!

Went in 30 minutes before close on 12/27. The lady who closed was very kind, sweet, and great customer service. The restaurant was extraordinarily clean. Will be visiting again :)

I ordered on the app. When I pulled up to the drive thru, they tried to get me to come inside to get my order. I informed them that I had two small children in my car, and was uncomfortable bringing them into the restaurant. I was then made to wait for 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me, including 5 minutes at the window. I was then again asked to come inside in the future so that "online orders don't clog the drive thru". Apparently us online orders are less important. I will not be returning to this location.

The guy behind the counter was very slow and by no means a "sandwich artist" definitely a sandwich apprentice. No artist to be found. He said he was out of meatballs and while he was halfway through making my second choice of sandwich some other guy came from the back with a container of meatballs. Total disregard for customers needs. TRAIN BETTER PLEASE!!

Very disappointing ordered 2 orders online at 1140 so I could take my lunch break and it would be quick like they say it will. Got to the store went in there was 6 people in line 1 girl making sandwiches after the first 3 people left I finally walked all up on the counter she just handed me 1 bag and was trying to make the next person's order in line I said excuse me I had 2 orders she said I only have 1 I can't help you. You can get in line and ill make them I said I ordered online at 1140 im in my lunch break she said she had to send to the other guest at this time the line was to the door she finished the next person I said here is my email receipt she said I will have to get in line they would come first I said I was here before them plus my order been in she ignored me I asked for a refund for 2 order she told me they couldn't do refunds and literally made me wait in line once I got to counter another lady came in asked if she could help me I told her what was going on and all the 1st lady had to do was reprint my order from comp the entire time very disappointed need better customer service and better online service! Wil not be back.

i ordered online because I needed it to be quick like it’s advertised to be as i was on break at work. my order was wrong, so I returned to get it fixed and no one comes to the drive-through, so I parked and went to go in and the worker literally wrote a note saying “i’ll be back in 5 min”. i don’t have 5 minutes to wait and it’s already been 10 and he’s still not back. extremely disappointed.

Super delicious! My sandwiches are always made to my exact taste! It's super welcoming and they are pretty good at getting through the lunch/dinner rush. I usually get a footlong Italian with Turkey, pepperoni, avocado, lettuce, tomato, light mayo and cucumbers. Always super yummy!

Will not go back to this Subway, will find another one. Placed order online but did not get what we ordered. Very skimpy on the meat, forgot the cheese, added items we did not order and skimpy on the items we did order. Can't believe the guy could screw up the order this bad.
