Pizza Hut

I ordered pizza and wings on 1/19 for delivery. I placed my order around 5:30 and it wasn’t delivered until 7:40. I called the store over and over again to find out the status of my order, but my call was repeatedly transferred to the call center. Once I finally received my order my food was over cooked and extremely cold! I have been calling the store, call center and corporate for 5 days. I was told that the manager would be contacting me but I have not received a call. I spent $68.43 on food that was not eatable. The sad part is nobody in upper management/corporate cares. I have NEVER witnessed such horrible customer service in my life! I will advise potential customers to pay for your order AFTER you check your food. I paid before getting my order and my money was wasted.

When I arrived at the location, I sat at the drive up window for approximately 10 minutes and no one came to the window. I then parked and tried to enter the store to see if someone could get us our pizza, however both doors were locked. I then pulled back up to the drive up window and began knocking to see if someone would come. After another 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally came and handed us the pizza. They did not apologize for the long wait. The pizza was over cooked and cold by the time we got it. I doubt I’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime soon. For sure not from this store. The one on Wade Hampton seems to do a lot better.

The last time I ordered from this location, I ordered delivery and I got two horrible pizzas. I sent my boyfriend to the storefront and had them remade. I decided to try again, everybody has bad days. I got the stuffed crust pizza and an order of cheese sticks. Both were overcooked and dried out. The entirety of the crust and cheese were just like a flat baked cracker. The stuffed crust was hard and dry. The cheesesticks were burnt. Pizza Hut has the best pizza but this is the worst one on the planet.

Two out of the three times I have ordered from here my orders never showed up. The store would not answer the phone when called. The next day when calling, as if I were making a new order. The store would pick up. I would say I never received my food and was still charged. After giving the order number and all information from the confirmed order email the store would still act as if they had no idea what was going on. They couldn't find the order, or they would say it delivered. Always a thin excuse. When I stated I wanted my money back they would say they couldn't confirm the order number. After speaking to two different managers on BOTH occasions this occured, the store never returned money or credit for a new order. Both times I ended up marking the transfer as fraud on my card. At least the bank can do their job.

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. Took over 1.5 hours for my order and the restaurant wasn’t packed at all. Then I was told that the computer didn’t take my online order and that I had to wait another 30 minutes and that I couldn’t get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable to operate a company this way. Customer service not friendly at all. I want be a customer again and I use to order from here for company functions as well but will not anymore.

What had happened? Do Pizza Hut delivery drivers no longer exist??? I’m visiting from out of town, my brother ordered us pizza for delivery at approximately 4:30pm today (3/20/2022). It didn’t arrive until 6:15pm!!! And not from Pizza Hut, but from a Door Dash driver???!! This is totally unacceptable! We ordered from the PIZZA HUT app. NOT from DoorDash! When the driver brought the pizza to the door, she was wearing shorter shorts and basically crop top…once again an unacceptable representation of Pizza Hut. She did not have one of those carriers to keep the pizza warm, so our food was delivered lukewarm. And the thin pizza was over cooked. Totally horrible experience and I hope the other Pizza Hut franchises don’t follow this example.

Ordered delivery for my family although it came pretty quick the pizza was burnt. I called to order a replacement spoke to the manager and was told they would fix it, 1.5 hours went by and still no pizza so I called back to the store and was told they were still working on it. At this point I found my kids something else to eat and told them to just cancel the order I was then told I would have a credit for the pizza next time I order, not sure how that even works but I was very dissatisfied with the whole outcome.
