We live in the boonies so we don't get delivery. When we go to pickup it's always fresh hot and right! During the pandemic when they were swamped they called to let me know it was going to be longer than anticipated. Honesty is always the best policy. Thank you for being here.

I placed an order for a chicken parmigiana sandwich. They said it would take 27-37 minutes. 15 minutes later it was done and they were doing a quality check on it. 45 minutes later I still did not receive it. I tried calling several times and was placed on hold 4 times. I still have not been able to talk to anyone nor have they even begun to deliver my order

Was a loyal customer the passed 4 years until our last 2 orders. Both times we ordered over the last 2 months the pizza was undercooked. Thought it was a 1 time deal last time. This time it's the same. I'm going to use my own oven to finish cooking these 2 pizzas then I'm never going to order from this dominos again. I dont know if you guys changed the way you make pizza, but for me it's not working out.

First time eating here after several years of eating at their Highland, IL location. Marked my order as boxed and ready to go but when I showed up I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes after the 20 it took to get there. I also now have food poisoning from the mediocre food they served me. I won't be going back to this location, and likely not any other location ever again.

99% of the time order is correct 9/10 times always quick and fast . Food is always cooked correctly. If you are looking for good easy lunch/dinner definitely would recommend

Called tonight to place an order and the person that answered said “thank you calling dominos, we have a 3 hour wait…”. How is that supposed to bring business? I’m of course not ordering with that kind of a wait. What horrible customer service. Will NOT be ordering from there again. So disappointed. I already have a $25 store credit from the horrible service I received the last time I ordered from there that I was planning to use tonight. You can keep your store credit, dominos.

I want to thank Domino's for delivering to my truck at the Loves. You guys did an amazing job from start to finish. Not many pizza restaurants will deliver to our trucks. So thank you from the pit of my stomach lol. Keep up the great work y'all.
