Dunkin'

Quick service for a well made drink. I ordered the Large Frozen coffee with Butter Pecan flavor. There were a few cars in front of me, but the line moved at a steady pace. I had several errands to run into stores that morning and I was pleasantly surprised that my drink stayed cold in the car even though I couldn’t drink it all in one go.

Closed again..I guess no one want's to come to work. I forgot how good Krispy Kreme was! Owner needs to learn how to schedule extra people. Schedule a person every day (extra) then when all show up, that one designated as OE gets to leave early providing all is well. Restaurant management isn't rocket science. Be inventive. Just follow labor laws.

I used to go to this Dunkin regularly, but I will no longer give any business to Dunkin. On November 9 at 7am I ordered $77 worth of boxes of Joe on the app. The payment went through. When I went to pick up the coffee they said they were out of all boxes of Joe. I was in a time crunch for a work event (what I purchased the coffee for) and I had to leave to find another solution. When I went back to get a refund they were not able to refund me...the manager told me to call Dunkin corporate, which I did, and I've been waiting on a call back for weeks now. Top to bottom disappointing service.

I love this location! I worked at a DD years ago, so I know how hard it can be to run a drive thru that's crazy packed, but they always get my order correct. I've never had a problem with anything being incorrect. They're also always nice....which is hard to do at 5am. They make my mornings better and I will continue to recommend this location.
