I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from a delivery app. This picture is exactly how my food looked when it arrived- just thrown in the take-out box. This is all that was included for my $30 delivery order. I didn't finish it because a piece tasted spoiled. I spit it out, so hopefully I don't end up sick. Obviously, I wouldn't eat here again.

Ordered online at 11 pm, got there at estimated time for my order to be ready(11:30) and called since I selected to do curbside, which was an option on their website. Was told I still had to go inside to the bar. That’s fine, whatever. I go inside and have to wait another 30 minutes to get my food. Again, whatever I know it’s late and the kitchen might be closing soon. I get to my car and my ice cream from the lava cake is melting all over the bag since they put it next to hot food. I get home and turns out I’m missing the seasonal vegetables that’s suppose to come with the chicken biryani and the whipped potatoes I ordered as my side. I also ordered sweet potato fries and they are limp and slightly soggy to where they break when you pick them up. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 2 decades this establishment has poor service, poor food all stemming from poor management. The food we ordered was pick up, so i understand and anticipate the quality is not going to be 100%. However this does not excuse selling burnt, dry and spoiled food. The fries on the gyro BURNT, meat on Jerusalem platter BURNT & DRY. sides on platter IN EDIBLE! Fattoush salad spoiled. The hostess (assuming the lady answering the phone) asked us to bring the food back and would replace it. It being almost midnight we opted to speak with the manager the next day and just wanted a refund. Spoke with the manager/ owner and was VERY RUDE. We tried to return all the food we bought(an $80 meal) and he still argue the food was good. In the future PITA HOUSE WILL HAVE OUR BUSINESS.
