We ordered 2 large specialty pizzas for pick-up. Pizzas were ready at time stated upon ordering. However, when we pulled up to the window we waited a few minutes before being acknowledged. The order was correct but the amount of toppings on the thin crust pizza was almost excessive. This in return caused the base to be soggy.

I very rarely leave reviews but this was an awful experience. We’ve ordered from Papa Johns every so often for years, but we recently moved so this was our first time ordering at this location.
We asked for no contact delivery, the driver pounded on the door then waited several minutes and would not leave the food until we answered. Once we opened everything up, it was clear the order was subpar. Dough sticking to the boxes, cheese haphazardly placed, plus an OPEN GARLIC SAUCE in the box. Totally inconsistent and not what you expect when you order from a chain. I wasn’t expecting amazing pizza or anything, but when you order from a delivery chain, you expect something at least mediocre.
To make matters worse, I called the store several times. It says to press 5 to speak with a manager or someone at the store. I called 3 times, no one ever answered. Completely unacceptable.

The pizza was just okay. They have very nice customer service. I ordered the New York style pizza. It definitely looked better on the commercial then it actually tasted.

Placed order via app at 5:05 PM; email confirmation and Papa Track indicating 45-55 minutes to deliver. After 60 minutes Papa track stated generic “delay” indication without further explanation. After 70 minutes total wait, called the store, used automated prompts and was told delivery on its way, arrival in 5 min, by automated response system. Waited 10 more minutes, called back, same automated response. Then called manager of the store, the individual clearly had no idea what or where my order was, was then told if driver hadn’t arrived in 5 minutes to call store back.. delivery finally arrived at 6:30 PM, 85 minutes after order, to a store located 1.2 miles away.
Clearly indicated “contactless delivery” on the app when ordering, which is also clearly noted on side of pizza box with order details, yet the delivery individual stood at my door for a signature despite payment/tip was issued via the app, and via debit card without need for signature.
The pizza was cold, not room temp, but cold when it arrived, clearly >1 hr since it finished baking. To top it all off, the pizza was not cut, not even an indentation that an effort to cut was made, nothing.
Frankly, entirely unacceptable experience, disappointing product, ineffective communication and process in place to verify orders and where they are in the delivery process. Hasn’t Papa Johns been delivering pizza for decades?? Could not be more disappointed and frustrated at this dumpster fire of a simple pizza delivery. Save yourself the trouble, order from any of the other competent, efficient pizza shops around town; this location clearly can’t achieve the Papa Johns standard and desperately needs intervention from corporate, if they still care about their brand.

0 Idea if I'm going to spell her name right, but Ms. Shawna was SO incredibly nice. I also totally messed up my order and she got it fixed for me, handled it, and was SO incredibly nice the entire time. Absolutely love this papa john's pizza, but will 100% stay coming because of the service. Thanks so much!

This store usually does so good with our orders, however last night I ordered a two pizza one with mushrooms and cheese and the other with pepperoni and pepperoni stuffed crust. When we got them though, both were made wrong and there was pepperoni on the cheese and mushroom so I called in to tell them that the person eating it was vegetarian and asked if I could get a new one and they said yes, however when it showed up as the vegetarian was eating she kept finding little pieces of meat and sausage sprinkled in it as if in retaliation. I am very upset to see this and will not be ordering from here if this is how they "rectify" their mistakes.

Was really disappointed with the food. I waited 20+ minutes at the pick-up window before even being acknowledged. I ordered my pizza well done and it was still made doughy and thrown together. The steak papadia was mainly bread and the steak seemed under cooked and cold

Ordered NY style pizza online. Got stuffed crust pizza. They said that is what they received online even though that is not on the order online. Called and they told me I could order again!!!
