Charleys Philly Steaks

This place was absolutely disgusting. If I would have noticed how filthy this place was I wouldn’t have even bought anything, the food tasted horrible because they didn’t even clean the grill at all, I had a Buffalo sandwich that tasted burned and had pieces of burnt stuff all over it. I have had Charley's before and I love their food, but I have never been to a location so poorly managed like this one. You can tell that ALL of this dirt is from weeks if not months of not cleaning. Both my wife and I got sick from eating here, my wife truly got it the worse as she spent all night feeling sick. Just look at the pictures that I am posting on here and you’ll see what I mean. If you’re smart check out to make sure they’ve at list cleaned before you spend your money at this place, I hope they actually use this review and straighten things up.

20+ minutes to get out food. People behind us were getting their food before the lady a head of us. Both of us ordered before the ordered before the people showed up. Food was cold. The workers didn't know how to read the screen or make the food. The tall bald manager with the glasses is awful. He didn't help, all he did was loudly complain about working. Seriously ruinded the restaurant for us.

Drove all the way from Easley to try this place out because was in the mood for a Cheesesteak. Even stopped at Arby's to grab some Au Juis sauce (french dip) because it goes well with C.S. We arrive at 3:07 Printed put signs all over everything saying they were closing at 3pm due to staffing issues. Never tried this place but they had enough people to stay open. Soo irritated about this. This was Sunday (12/26/21) by the way. The reason they get a 2 star from me is. They had enough people to serve the customer's (restaurant across of them only had two workers) Charlies had 5 closing. The manager didnt offer any discounts on future purchases for the inconvenience. Thats about it.

First time ordering from here and used delivery. Got 3 combos but only got one of my ultimate fries. One of my sandwiches was half wrong. If you can believe that. Half the sandwich was obviously someone else’s order that didn’t even belong to any of us. Do better! Too much money to pay for this type of mistake. Delegate someone to making delivery orders only or something.
