This restaurant has a lot of loud talking employees, probably speaking too opening about their work conditions. As a customer I'd prefer not being having to hear it.
I like Arby's. They've done a good job with menu and sauces over the years. Use to have potato cakes, which I miss, but the crinkle cut fries which replaced the P. cakes are good. In the recent past they've changed the recipe for their Arby Sauce. I liked the old version. New one is way too cloves-heavy, making it more obviously a Greek-type sauce (like Greek-style chili on the chili dogs sold in Ohio).
Great service. We went to the drive-through and had a large order for multiple people that took several attempts to get right. The cashier was patient and polite in dealing with us.
The burgers were good too.
Ms. V and her morning crew, and the night crew, are an awesome set of teams at this Arby’s location. I’ve physically seen people be absolutely rude, especially with the night time crew. But they always recover flawlessly and smile anyway.
I always end up popping by earlier in the afternoon, and Ms. V always has me right and ready to go with hot, fresh food. Shout out to y’all for always working so hard and producing a tasty meal, even on your most short handed days.
You know last time I went to this Arby's it was about 3 years ago... And the time before that, it was another 3 years! For as long as this restaurant's been there is always been a horrible, cold everything! Hot drink!
That's why I'll admit that I was incredibly relieved and so surprised when I went there again! Somebody is finally put somebody in there to whip that place into shape and serve a decent meal. Bravo Arby's bravo! Can't say it won't be another 3 years but I would advise you to get while the gettings good!!!!! 🤔👀😳🤯🤣
Kind of busy. The front counter girl handled herself well. Everyone behind the counter worked so well as a team. Our Andes Mint Chocolate Shakes we on point! Great job!

The gentleman who helped me in the drive thru today, deserves to be commended. I asked for a slider. He very apologetically explained that they had an unexpected/unusually large lunch rush and were currently out of sliders. I understood and quickly chose a similar option: I chose the regular sandwich and added Swiss cheese, which was basically the same thing. I also ordered a drink. When I got to the window, he apologized again and said the drink is on him for the inconvenience on being out of what I originally wanted. I thanked him letting him know that wasn’t necessary, but he insisted. All this to say: it’s worth sharing positive experiences these days, and this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long while, as they are few and far between, unfortunately. I wish I would’ve caught his name to commend him further, but I failed to do so. Anyway, if you want a quick, wonderful, and tasty experience: head to the Arby’s off butler Rd. My visit was on Sunday, 6/5/2022 at about 2:30 pm.
