Visited this restaurant today for the first time. The food is amazing! Our party of 4 ordered the Tortellini, Manicotti and Italian Medley meals, with Greek salads-their house Greek dressing is very good, and some of the best 'restaurant' garlic bread ever, and a Gyro plate. Added the Grape Leaves appetizer which rivaled any grape leaves we had while living in metro Detroit, including those served in Greektown. Add generous portions and good service. Yep, we're going back ;)
Favorite Italian/Greek restaurant in town!! The menu has amazing versatility (try the bacon cheeseburger �!!) and the wait staff are absolutely the best! LOVE Lauri, her daughter and Miss Jan!! Have been going there on Wednesday nights for close to 15 years!!
Our food was delicious! Very hot and fresh and very generous portions. We went on a Friday night for dinner and had no problem waiting on a table-you could tell that the staff was working as hard as they could to serve their customers.
We are new to the area and have tried so many pizza places. This is by far the best pizza we've had since we've lived here. The housemade dressing is amazing! The Greek salad was good. The sauce on the pizza has a great flavor and the cheese too! Definitely would recommend and will be coming back!
This restaurant is one of my favorite lunch or dinner spots! Yeah have not gotten anything bad off of their menu. The service is always great and timely and the staff super friendly. I recommend their pizzas, subs, Greek entrees, salads anything really. Check them!!

TIPS:
1)try Mozzarella instead of feta on ur house salad and the house dressing
2) try one of those mouth watering desserts in the tempting display case
3) ask for a TO GO box and order the Large pizza and lasagna (my 2 favorites)
Always great! Very friendly staff! Family owned and family ran establishment. So glad this place is near my house for a fast pick up! Every item I’ve tried has been hot, yummy, and good portions.
So pleasantly surprised by the awesome pizza and service. The cheese was top quality and the crust was crisp but not burned. PERFECT!
I have been to many Italian Restaurants and Paisano's is one of the best. Their pizza is fantastic! The sad part is my family and I found them 2 years ago but they have been open for a long time. I highly recommend!
I had to change my review from a 4 to a 5.
Comparing Paisano's to other Italian restaurants with Itialian service from hostess to chef making each dish to order is not fair. Comparing them to OG, or other local Italian places on the other hand, they deserve a 6. We eat Paisano's almost weekly. Mostly take out, but even when eating in the service is excellent and so is the food and portions.
Don't look any further. Just order and eat. Paisano's is wonderful for the whole family and priced fairly for the quality, flavor and service. Enjoy.
