These people were amazing this weekend! There were about 600 people in for a dance competition this past weekend and they handled it like pros! I was so impressed...thank y’all so much for excellent service!
Shoutout to the amazing employees at this Starbucks! We were on a road trip passing thru Greenville and had plans to stop at a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately the power was out at most of Main Street and it was over 95 degrees outside so the restaurant was closed. We headed to this Starbucks as I needed to feed my baby and even though it was a pick up only place, they found a chair in the back room for us to sit in while I fed. They were so kind and I am incredibly thankful they let us stay in the a/c. And also the mocha frappacinos were delicious too!
It’s a Saturday morning with a dance convention in the hotel, plus folks coming in from outside the hotel. There is one barista. She is pushing drinks, and food out solo with a sunny disposition, and killing it. Her attitude despite being alone and swamped is worth six stars.
Our barista Ethan killed it. He was eager to let us know what our options were w/ the kids. We enjoyed the new Almond Milk Honey Flat White, and the kids both enjoyed chocolate milk in their Starbucks sippy cups.
Great location with lovely outdoor seating in NOMA square.

The baristas at this location are just particularly sweet, kind, attentive, and know their clientele. I never fail to leave this location with a smile on my face because of the team working here, and my drinks are always exactly on point. They open on time, the facility is always clean, they are kind to those around them in the community, and even the local police officers seem to enjoy the baristas here when I’m in the store. I always come to this location over the one on the other end of main just for the service.
