Mcdonald's

So, I was waiting through the drive through, and the person on the prompt wasn’t trying to work today, then I get my food and got home and noticed my Big Mac was not right! It irritates me I’m hungry and they couldn’t get this right. There’s steps to this not that hard. Sorry to be ugly but come on!!

Whoever the guy was making fries today 04/03/2022 between the time of 3:20pm and 4:00pm is rude. All I asked was that I could get my fries replaced for fresher ones. This guy back here running his mouth and I mean he was loud with it. He didn’t wait until I left he was running his mouth while I was there and I don’t usually get out of character but he had me heated. Needless to say the girl at the window was very patient and if she said something about me that’s fine but at least she waited until I left. I worked this industry and you never let the customers hear you complaining about them. I was very nice when I asked them for a replacement I even gave them the original fries back so I wasn’t trying to trick them out of anything. Anyways, I’m not blaming the entire building for his actions but he needs to watch training videos on customer service again !

I’m upright disgusted about my late visit to this location tonight around 9:36pm my mother asked the lady to repeat the order to her and to our surprise the lady sighed extremely loud and in her words “ I just repeated to you twice” in the most rude way possible …she did not repeat it twice but only once but we could not hear her so we asked for her to repeat it one more time but instead she chooses to be rude. My mother then goes to explains to this lady that it is her job to repeat the order and if she do not want to be at work she shouldn’t have came! I’m uptight disgusted with how she she acted because I myself is a manager in fast food and never will I ever allow someone to continue to work at my store with such nasty attitude! It was so bad to the point where we didn’t even want the food anymore! I want some type of apology or something from her cause nor I or my mother was being rude to her until she got rude and snappy with us.

This location being the closest one to my house I come here often. But will no longer come here. They cannot get the orders correct. Every time I come it’s something different messed up. And they don’t even care. I’ve come in and employees would rather argue than help the customer. I’ll drive a little further for now on:

20 to 25 years ago McDonalds was a joy to eat out. However, hiring generation Z was the worst mistake this franchise could have made because these kids can't cook and never get the orders right! I think if McDonalds was to ever go back to its glory days they would need to completely restaff! Hire people at least in their early 30s. I notice too when you ask for your hamburger to be customized with certain items (for instance, no ketchup) it looks like they don't even make any effort...the fries taste either not cooked enough or overcooked. The chicken nuggets taste frozen. The best thing about McDonalds now days are their slushies and ice cream honestly.
