Haven't been to Chick-fil-A in well over a year. Went inside and they took my order right away. Employees were friendly as usual and it was very clean.
Had the nuggets and they're the same as I remember. Fries were a little soft and could have been cooked a little longer.
All in all a good experience and would probably return again.

Chick-fil-A is usually some of the best fast food around. This location provided a much better experience than my last. Quick service for curbside pickup & the food was good. Order was perfect & love how they always say "It's my pleasure".

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I ordered chicken noodle soup, a kid's meal and a market salad with grilled chicken. I don't know if they just don't get many grilled chicken orders or what, but I sat there almost ten minutes (!!! unheard of for a Chick-fil-A!) at the pickup window waiting for my salad. The rest of the food was ready pretty quickly, but was practically cold once my salad was delivered. The attendants told me once that they were waiting on the salad, then proceeded to ignore me for the next ten minutes while they kept serving others behind me and helped them drive around my car to leave. (Honestly, not sure why they didn't direct me elsewhere so I wasn't blocking the traffic either??) My kids were irate by the time we finally got our food. Then, when I got it and got home, the order was wrong (I'd asked for no cheese) and they had completely left out my dressing- so I got just a dry, incorrect salad after all that. It was a nightmare. I've noticed that this location is much slower than the other CFAs we normally go to, and I generally try to avoid this one, but that day it was not possible.
I hate to have to leave a negative review for a business my family loves so much, but this experience was ridiculous, and I definitely hope that management takes this review to heart in working to address these and similar issues so others don't have the same thing happen to them.

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. I was treated like trash, cussed at AND flipped off by management when I asked for a refund. They screwed up my large order and then acted like I was just absurd to politely ask for my money back. I will definitely tell every person that I see in my office to NEVER eat from this location again. I work with high end executives and this will be a hit to Chick-fil-A's pockets and reputation. Definitely was not a pleasure... more like a nightmare!!!

Let me start off by saying we order delivery on our break for work and that we order so much that the drivers know where to come to and it's not easy cause it's a big place so great job on that. Order is always right. Ok now this part below is for the people not using the app let me tell now you are losing out on great deals with the rewards and points. Your also slowing down the drive thru by not using the app cause it makes thing a whole lot faster. So please download the app 😭 🙏 it's free and easy to use thanks 😊

I been here a few times and I've only ran into one small issue. And that is today when I got my sandwich it was a bit on the sloppy side and I really like to get it like an adult made it and not a three year old. But now it did taste good.

Slow drive-thru service for a Chic-fil-a, especially compared to other ones we visit in Greenville. I was not impressed with the sandwich I ordered either. The chicken was very thin compared to the usual CFA samdwich - I felt like I was eating mostly bread.

Standard Chic-Fil-A, to a while to get food and it seemed rushed. All better than most fat food places. Drive at is right and was hard for my truck to make the turns, also had multiple planes merge into one and people were not polite to funnel correctly so we waited an additional time.
