Kfc

Never open. Food is usually pretty bad, decent at most. Always out of something. Saw them emptying store bought ice into the ice machine for their drinks because theirs is broken. Can't imagine what state of cleanliness all their appliances are in. Me and my family haven't even considered KFC a food option in Greenville for the past 3 years because it just isn't worth your time and money, even if they happen to be open. The whole place just needs to be closed down and bought by someone who actually wants to run a business.

This was quite literally the worst experience I have EVER had with a restaurant and if I could give ZERO stars, I would, I am not the type of person to complain ever! The lady at the counter was the most rude, hateful person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to, and me and my family got our food and left to eat in our car (even tho we are on a very long trip and wanted a break) her attitude was absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

We evacuated from Hurricane Ida to a hotel near this location and ordered off door dash, well they forgot our sides and we had over 6 people to feed so I was originally very upset. However, when I called to let them know, the woman I spoke to was so sweet and sorry that I couldn’t even be mad. She took my number down and had one of her employees personally bring over not only the sides we paid for, but extra sides as well. In times like this where we are unsure we will have a home to return to, kindness like this went a long way. Thank you to whoever the sweet woman was, I should have gotten her name ❤️

In town after fleeing Hurricane Ida, my hubby went over from our hotel to get dinner. Staffer curtly told him it was a 15 minute wait for chicken. He said that was fine. After the wait, people who came in after him were getting food and he still wasn't. Apparently they'd forgotten all about him. Meanwhile, back at the hotel room, I was starting to worry. Had he had a car accident? It was pretty stormy, all of a sudden, and I wasn't getting any response from his phone. He should've been back by now, certainly! I can SEE the KFC from here! Eventually he returned and explained being completely forgotten. The food is good--as always--but the customer service is non-existent.
