We arrived at about 2pm on a Saturday. It wasn't very busy when we got inside, maybe 4 or 5 tables. They had one waitress. I was shocked at that. Finally about time we were finishing up I began to see more wait staff arrive. Food was ok, but not for the price.

The "Bourbon Street" chicken & shrimp was absolutely delicous! I swapped the garlic mashed for some steamed broccoli for a low carb lunch! Served on a sizzling platter and perfectly prepared!! Our server, Chase, was awesome!

Was my Dougher 13 birthday her friend and her sat at table by them selfs the waiter was amazing my self and my friend sat at bar and had apatizer and had a drink our bar tender was amazing . Very good service and always so friendly

The server we had was just wonderful. He always came by with a smile, and kept checking in making sure we had everything we needed, or if we needed something else/more. My food was amazing. Money well spent if you ask me.

The table we were sat at had not been cleaned properly. Table top was sticky and gross.
The computer ordering machine had remnants of food and sauces on it.
Food was good. Waiter was friendly and attentive.
I like the establishment but the quality of cleanliness has suffered here for quite some time.

Every few weeks I tend to go to Applebee's during happy hour for the cheap semi-tolerable apps. Today the place was fairly empty and the mood amongst the servers was obviously different which I can attribute to the table of 4 "manager"-types seated in the bar, which is where I sat also. They were obnoxious! Staring us down and making fun of their own wait staff. It was beyond rude and totally unprofessional. If I were their superior, they'd all be fired and I would be embarrassed for ever having them on my team. I will say the wait staff have always been friendly and welcoming.

Accommodated our group of 10. We weren't allowed to move tables together but they gave us a choice of which group of tables we would like. Good food!
Celiac friendly - I'm very sensitive and have never gotten sick at Applebee's, their fries have always been safe for me! Yay!
