Delicious Quiznos style sandwiches. Astronomical prices. If you can afford these I recommend them

My husband and I eat here regularly and always enjoy ourselves, earlier this week I ordered a meal for delivery and there was a mix up (it happens!!! It was no one's fault and not a big deal), when I called they offered a few solutions and a refund immediately. I accepted the refund option and it showed up relatively quickly, which I appreciate.
My dad came here for lunch on Fathers Day. I couldn’t get off work so he was alone… the staff made him a card and gave him coupons and talked with him, he was raving later that day about how kind everyone at the Potbelly is and how they all deserve a raise. Thank you to the staff that made his day!! You guys really showed what exceptional customer service is, and that small gesture made my entire family Potbelly super fans for life.
Always fresh fast and delicious. We don't have one in our small town bit it's one of our favorite places to go when we do go out. And their pumpkin spice shake they have right now is delicious!
We stopped for lunch. Disappointed that they no longer do smoothies, but they do still have our favorite Mac n Cheese. Moderately priced. We had a reg sandwich, bowl of Mac n cheese, 2 chips, 2 drinks, and a cookie for $23.27. Food is fresh and made to order, very tasty. The staff was nice. Restaurant was well kept and clean. Hand sanitizers both empty. Overall a good experience.
The king (he was working the evening of July 14) who made my sandwich the last few times I've been in was amazing. He gave incredible service and made great food, he absolutely deserves a raise. The lady at the register was very nice and asked about my day (also deserves a raise).
I walked in lookin all kinds of homely. Never been to one of these chains before. Easy enough to navigate. Like an upscale subway. I ordered a prime rib sub, some chips, and a banana smoothie. What impressed me most is how easily chatty and excited the staff was. I sat in my little corner and watched the happenings as I munched and had a grand time! Atmosphere is bright and friendly, had no issues with the food. Price point is a bit high for such simple fare, but I’ll be back again sometime. Keep up the good service!
I forgot to take a photo because we ate the sandwiches so fast! Super friendly staff and very delicious food. This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be coming back!! I highly recommend.
The staff here are so nice! The milkshakes are soooo dang good!! 💓💓
