It looks like this used to also have an internet cafe, they still have the boxes where the computers would have been. Massive space inside, even some lounging space for the tv area. Great staff, friendly and personable.
I thought I would give this place a try. Good not bad. Prices I thought was to hi. Over all workers were great, but the one who served me having a bad day or PMS. O' well. I took it with a grain of salt. I did get ketchup with my fries. 🎉😁
I was having a terrible morning when this location made it all better. I had been dealing with roommates destroying and wasting my things, and stormed out to go to work, but needed breakfast. I had stopped at a different location first, but that one didn't even seem to be 'thinking' about opening. So I roll up to this one here and I notice it's almost open. One person heads inside while I'm waiting at the drive-thru, and then the crew takes my order.
The delay in starting the order wasn't even a couple minutes, but by the time I was at the window the manager Rashonda had my order WITH EXTRAS ready to go, all for free! This practically unprovoked act of generosity has me beyond grateful. I'm here to sing the praises of this location, because they completely redeemed what felt like was going to be a bad day. Thank you so much.
Whenever I'm in town I usually stop at this particular Burger King whether it's the drive-thru or eating in you're always kind and friendly and the food is always good
GREAT FOOD!!! Had to wait a bit to get greeted but it was lunch time so no worries there. I ordered original chicken sandwich meal with and extra patty. It was steamy, hot, & juicy. I work in Coopersville and that Burger King is so horrible and the grease is old, food served cold. Would love it to be fixed!! Thank you for serving food the way it should be!
Both of the ladies at both windows were super nice and they got our order right the first time. I say this because I literally just left the Burger King on pearl street in Grand Rapids and they were extremely rude and I was missing most of my order!
The Big Fish sandwich was very good once again, hot off the grill, crispy, moist and tasty.
Kudos to Burger King for opening their dining rooms. I am sure other guests on foot appreciate it, as many are not. This one is very large, with lots of space for spreading out. I am someone who said to himself this Spring that it might be a long time until I sat down to eat in a restaurant but do not hesitate here. If you want a fast food meal, want to get out of the house for it and don't want to eat in your car, I would recommend this place.
