Too dirty place everywhere ... not going back. The floor with garbage, the ice spilled 3n the soda machine, the counter staff was never there, I asked for table service and they did NOT bring us the food nor did they even call us to take it, when we saw time go by we had to go ask the counter and there was no one for more than 5 min. We saw an order abandoned there and we collided that it was ours and we took it. Extra drinks and toppings were lacking, we had to stand in line and wait minutes longer for them to be delivered. pay attention to this place because the service is really chaos and the dirt in this place is terrible !!!

The place looked pretty clean and the food was really good, haven't had mcdonalds breakfast in so long so the sausage egg mcmufffin hit home lol, overall I'd come back to this location, just definitely very confusing on trying to find the drive thru.. the staff seemed to be alright as well, no problems with order or mistakes either. Pop was good too, sometimes you'll get a pop that's flat but this one was good!

As a truck driver I very often stop at this gas station and eat at this McDonald's, I rarely leave a comment, but I stayed here for the weekend and their coffee machine doesn't work for two days, but that didn't make me write a comment but ordered Duoble Cheeseburger. he came as if the cow had eaten him first, and there was no one in the restaurant at the time and at least five workers, that really disappointed me!

Probably the most disappointing McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s almost laughable if it wasn’t so sad. The ordering machine is not working properly so don’t even try to order on it, this morning the cashier acted annoyed with just taking our order. She forgot our drinks and didn’t tell us that there wasn’t sweet tea out on the floor, they had to get the drinks behind the counter so we had to ask for one of our drinks to be without ice once she brought them to the counter ( we even tried to tell her as she walked away but she seemed too annoyed to listen) There was one younger lady was working her butt off, running outside to deliver orders and assisting customers. She was doing at least three people’s job in that restaurant. The cashier definitely needs a attitude adjustment and this store needs better management !

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered at the drive thru. Not a complicated order. 1 Quarter pounder with cheese meal and an extra large fry. When I got to the window they asked me to pull ahead and they would bring it out. After 20 minutes of waiting in my car, I went inside to see what was taking so long. I waited another 10 minutes inside to get my order! What got me was someone got 2 double quarter cheeses before me after waiting 30 minutes!

It's sad that I do not even want to give this place a one star. The workers here are by far very unprofessional. Went through the drive thru for lunch only for them to mess the whole order up. Had to go inside to have it fixed only to find that the workers all behind the counter making the food were NOT wearing gloves. I asked the manager why her employee was touching the food with her bare hands and she thought it was funny. You go through the drive thru only to have your money snatched from your hands and a window shut in your face. Definitely need to work on training especially if they will be serving the public!!!

This particular McDonalds doesn’t even deserve a 1 Star. Has to be the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. Ordered 4 Adult Meals and 2 Happy Meals ( 5 of those meals were to a have Slushies ) Took over 20 minutes to get our order, I looked in the bags and was missing over half the items! Finally got the guy to get the rest of the order and then reminded him we also didn’t get our drinks yet. After almost 25 more minutes a young girl came out and said ‘No slushies , what else you want ?’ At this point I said just give me regular drink cups I needed to get back on the road . She counts out 4 cups and slams them on the counter , I said I still need two kids cups , proceeds to slam those on the counter , huffs and rolls her eyes. From the reviews this is a regular thing for this girl. She needs an attitude adjustment and to be fired. Maybe then she’ll learn some decent customer service skills. Food tasted terrible and by the time we got eating it was cold anyways. Go somewhere else , you will regret stopping here! Owners should be ashamed they allow their restaurant to be run this way.

Horrible service all around! Drive through uses elemployees with poorest attitudes for the window! Not to mention had to go back inside after they messed my order up and not one single employee that was making the food had gloves on, all were touching the food with their bare hands...when I asked the manager why this was acceptable they laughed it off! DO NOT EAT THERE! would rate negative stars if possible!
