Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The lady handling money is also handling food!! No gloves and no hand washing of any kind. No name tag and refused to provide her name or position. Told her she needs to wash her hands before handling food. She told me she didn't care. I told her I'd like to speak to her manager. She told me the manager didn't care either. Apparently food handling and safety is not a concern for this location!! This should ALWAYS be a concern, especially during a pandemic!!!!!!

I'm an employee of the Wal-Mart that this McDonalds is in. Not only do the customers of Wal-Mart get treated to the best, even when there is mistakes, they have always taken care of me as well. Coffee is fresh 95% of the time, but food is served Hot and fresh. Got to give props to one manager for sure, even though they are all good... Richard is amazing! Great service and friendly...

I like this McDonald's in Walmart. It's a great place to grab a drink while waiting on my partner to finish shopping. Or if he finishes first, for him to wait on me. They have remodeled it and I like the new you why they have done it. It offers more seating for people.

Food is usually fresh and good. However beware of the drive thru make sure you check your order. Twice they have forgotten to put certain items we ordered in the bag.

With "Lobby Still Closed" why have you still not doubled up your drive thru? You continue to let traffic pile up onto the busy street and take minutes per car to serve the single lane drive thru. Oh and I never get the ketchup I ask for. It was slow and not well kept at the drink station inside when they were open. Why is the lobby still closed again?

They just throw your food together and the burgers are so messy you can barely eat them. If you ask for ketchup as a sauce for your nuggets you get 1 packet and then they are rude if you ask for more

So they have less than half the normal menu, and got my order wrong, didnt give me my second coffee ordered and when i told them i needed the second, they just refunded it instead of making it. So then i had to order again.
Train your staff, give more than 3 options on the breakfast menu.

This has to be the worst group of servers for a public fast food company ever. One little girl with black hair red lipstick acts like you are intruding in her space and visibly does not want to wait on anyone...would rather talk on her phone or associates instead of helping customer's.
Then they NEVER OPEN on time in the mornings so one could have breakfast BEFORE work. Always has a reason...the one heavier set manager actually LIED to all of us..she said computor was down...yet told the door greeter she OVER SLEPT...normal routine.
Wednesday 4th i could not get breakfast...i drive 45 miles to work and have nothing in my drive to get breakfast...i am an elderly woman and that stresses my body and depletes my energy.
I do not understand WHY they can't be open on time SERVE customer's politely and listen to WHAT WE ORDER . They do not LISTEN.
My chicken nugets were very old hard and i have ONLY 30 minutes to eat. They finally gave me new one's but I only had 8 minutes to eat left..so I had 2. That same day I ordered chilled coffee with cream and 2 liquid sugars.
I did NOT GET what was ordered... no sugar.
THIS place is not cleaned properly and no one seems to care. UNBELIEVABLE
Time for a replacement of another company.
