Ihop

This has been an amazing experience! There was a small wait, but it was well worth it! To start Jessica our server knows how to serve! She was super courteous, professional and genuine with her smile and service- Her patience with such a busy restaurant is what 5 star customer service is. So many businesses have failed at keeping customer care #1, and honor should be given where it’s due! I honor the service of the cooks because they delivered the meal cooked perfectly! Everything I asked for was exceptional, down to the cup of melted butter- A good service generates repeat customers and refreshing recommendations! I took the time to do this review because someone took the time to ensure QA was A1❤️ Thank you 😊 The co- server was great as well! Energetic and polite! PS. I live in Lawrenceville and would drive back here just because of the great service and deliciously cooked food! Keep pushing for greatness IHOP!!

This place doesn’t deserve one star. When your spending $80.00+ you would at least expect good customer service. I literally watched our server drop a stack of to-go plates. Then turn around and give them to us , you could clearly see the hair and dirt in the to go box. Our food took 45 minutes and the restaurant was empty. Maybe two other customers. I’ve never seen IHOP that empty before, but I see why. Just thought I would share my experience.

Way under staffed. The hostess wandered around the dining room wiping off tables (not too quickly). We waited for about 20 minutes for a table. The food was not stellar. Eggs were a little cold and one of the pancakes was overcooked. Our waitress was nice, but we got the wrong syrup and it took a while to get coffee refills. It was a little dark, not sure my coffee cup was stained or just not clean. I love IHOP but this was the worst. Maybe this was a one-off (visited at 11 am). I will visit other IHOP locations, but this was my last visit to this one.

Worst service ever. Took 5 minutes to be seated on an empty place. The waitress started to take our order then excuse herself to go and charge another table, then took our order and 3 minutes later told us that one of our orders couldn't be made when my daughter always order the same thing. After waiting for 45 minutes with only 3 tables including ours I go and asked the waitress where's about food, she ran to look for the manager only to come back to us and tell us 10 more minutes. We decided to leave.

I asked for crispy hashbrowns and they were limp and soggy. I wanted sausage gray on my omelet and they ran out of sausage gravy so I got country gravy instead. They put it in a small container on the side and it wasn't enough to cover the omelet. I asked for more and the girl just looked at me like she was confused. I will never go back to the IHop again.
