The service was stellar, as always. The gal taking my order was incredibly upbeat and positive. I had ordered the 5-piece tender meal, and while it was very good, the chicken seemed like it might have been just slightly overcooked; not to the point of being inedible, just a little . . . extra . . . crispy. And I don't know if it was the food, or the sun coming in through the windows, but it was very warm in the dining room.

Ever since they've opened here the service is always perfect. Whether busy or slow, they always seem to have the food ready within 30 seconds of ordering. I have no idea how they do it. Most times I go, I order, then get my drink and while I'm getting my drink, like as it's pouring, they will call my name. I have no idea why this place isn't call "Pretty Damn Quick". The food is defiantly the highlight though, I usually only go for the tenders, but have tried most of the menu. Everything tastes fresh and not like it's been sitting under a hot lamp for hours. the fries aren't the best but you shouldn't go there for just that. The shakes are good too. 10/10

I went to PDQ for lunch today, and had an amazing experience in the drive-thru. As I went through the drive-thru to order I was greeted by an amazing and polite staff member. I felt very comfortable ordering my food and it was a very pleasant interaction. When I went to the next window to pick up my order I was asked what sauces I wanted before they gave me my food. I always order the four piece chicken tender meal with a side of ranch, PDQ sauce and creamy garlic. PDQ has turned into my favorite fast food restaurant and I would recommend trying it if you have not been before.

My name is Kim and I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Grace. Previously there was a mixup on my order but it was nothing major. I spoke to Grace and she told me to come in and she would take care of it. She was so kind and so caring. She made it her priority to make my order perfect. You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares about each individual customer. She keeps the place beautiful and clean and everybody on her crew is extremely nice. I look forward to many more visits at PDQ because I know with a manager like Grace my orders Will always be perfect. Best flavored chicken I’ve ever had in my entire life. 💙Thankyou🤗
