Burger King

One of the slower Burger Kings that I've been to. The food is decent though. The building was just remodeled so at least it's clean and tidy. Edit. 4/9/22 They only serve one car at a time keeping the drive through backed up. Honestly I watched more cars pull off than were served. I literally sat in line for over 20 mins. Got to the drive through speaker and was asked to wait. I eventually drove off when the other lane was served numerous times while I had to sit and wait. They need to fire every single employee.. I will not be going back.

This evening my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the service received by the staff and especially whom I assume was the manager, Nicole. They were having a problem w their system and not only was it explained to us in a friendly manner, Nicole and her staff went the extra mile and did everything in her power to help us out. I have had bad experiences at this location in the past but tonight I experienced teamwork at its finest. Thank you nicole!

I can’t believe it. You built a complete new store and yet you can’t hire people who want to work. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while 3 of your employees were hanging out by the back door. I finally got tired of waiting and left. If they don’t care enough to take my order, then theirs no telling how bad the condition of the food is.

Worst customer service experience that I've had in a very long time. Secondary drive-thru does not work. The store is constantly understaffed to the point that it cannot serve customers properly. The lobby is never open. Note to corporate headquarters, do not attempt to send me a hollow apology. I would not go back even for a free meal.

4th fast food restaurant and 2d BK I tried to spend money with today in Gardendale/Fultondale to no avail. No one to take and order. Moved on down the road and ended up eating in Tuscaloosa. Tried it again on Friday before Memorial Day. Had not improved. Waited "forever" for to order and then my "plain double cheeseburger - I specifically said out loud. JUST MEET AND CHEESE, was slathered with enough mustard to float the QEII and pickles that slid out onto my lap. DONE with this one. Won't EVER go back.
