NASTY! I am disappointed! I spent $60 on a to go order and my food was horrible. A plate of grease! I had bourbon chicken and shrimp, and I had to pat away all the grease from my chicken and put it on a separate plate. Couldn’t eat the mushrooms at all. And the chicken was not seasoned and barely cooked. HIGHLY disappointed!

The food is pretty good. My son had the chicken wrap for $9.99 and the chicken was really salty inside the wrap and the sauce was a little spicy. My food was excellent! However, they were short staffed and it took the cooks quite a long time to send the food out. The waitressing staff is amazing though, and try their best to provide a good atmosphere.

I was just passing though town and thought a couple sandwiches would be good it was after the dinner rush but still early about 8:30 or 9 Friday night. Despite ordering ahead online and giving an extra few minutes before heading to pick up my food when I arrived at the restaurant I waited almost five minutes before being approached by anyone. I said I was there for a pickup and I felt I was rudely directed to the opposite side of the restaurant where I was asked to wait for my food. There was no seating in this area so I am standing there about 15 minutes as several employees pass me apologize and say they will check on my sandwiches. Almost 30 minutes after the time quoted for pickup I complained and asked for a manager the restaurant seemed almost empty so I don’t get the problem? Finally my food came from the kitchen. I paid and left the food was decent and hot service was very bad and slow. Also the restaurant had a very unclean feel when I walked in many tables unbussed food on the carpet just not a great vibe I wouldn’t go back…

Fantastic experience with all staff including management. Becca in particular made a great impression with me and made me feel at home 600 miles away. Great drinks and Yuengling draft were a plus. My only disappointment was the FOUR CHEESE MAC & CHEESE WITH HONEY PEPPER CHICKEN TENDERS. The only thing that looked like the picture was the bread stick. It was like penne noodles "without" cheese. I got them to go and pitched most of it into the garbage can. I'm not much of complainer when it comes to food. I still give a 5 star rating because if I had mentioned this to management I'm sure they would have glady replaced it.

I ordered spinach dip, chicken broccoli Alfredo, rib let’s no sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli on door dash tonight. I called the store and spoke with Darius. He said he was the manager. If he is he really sucks. When My order arrived to my house, there’s was only an order of hot wings in the bag. NOTHING THAT I ORDERED. When I told Darius, he blamed the dasher. He said that it’s not Apple bee’s fault because all of his orders are gone and the dasher should check the order before they leave. He told me it wasn’t their fault. I told him that the dasher doesn’t come in and fix the order and bag it. They only pick up what’s given to them. He’s only wanted to be combative instead of wanting to resolve the situation. I asked for his boss information. If Kelvin was there this wouldn’t have happened and it would’ve been resolved. Darius need coaching or in a different position. Now, I’m waiting on Tony to contact me.
