Outback Steakhouse

Outback was covered up, check-in said it was going to be an hour wait. Luckily there were 2 seats available at the bar so we took them. Cameron, our bar waiter, was great. Every seat was full and he waited on everyone sitting at the bar in a timely manner. We ordered steak and my wife ordered chicken and shrimp pasta. It was all cooked to perfection and really good.

During this pandemic, eating out causes a bit of anxiety for us. My fella and I went back and forth on dinner plans...we are SO glad we decided on dining in! The wait was not long at all, the text notification feature was a plus. Our server Courtney was super amazing! Courtney was attentive, nice, she made menu suggestions, she was upbeat and made us comfortable! The food was awesome, steaks were cooked perfect, bartender made my drink the way I wanted! We had a perfect dinner date! Thanks Courtney & Team Outback Fultondale!

WOW! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! A few months back we visited this location and had a pretty rough experience. The management then was very apologetic and assured us that they were in the middle of swapping over upper management and were working hard to get things back on track, and I’d say they did just that! Our waitress was very on top of everything all night long, the food came out FAST and perfect. We got 2 filet’s and a steak salad and they were all top notch. We are local to the area and are so excited to see this spot doing so well. If you’re in the area and looking for a great place to eat, I HIGHLY recommend Outback Steakhouse in Fultondale! Huge shout out to the FOH Manager (Ms. Frankie), Kitchen Manager (Morgan), waitress (Katie) and WILLY on the grill!

Not knowing what I wanted to eat so I decided on Outback!! It had been a very long day and I just needed some peace and a good meal!!! I made the right decision my server Courtney was AMAZING!!! She must have known that I needed ALL the attention she gave me!!!! She was so polite and sweet!! She made sure my meal came out timely and hot!! She also made sure my sweat tea never ran low!!!!!! If you like 1st class treatment please go see Courtney!!!!

Went to outback to eat tonight I waited 20 minutes or so for a table and my server who I believe her name was Andrea was amazing she greeted us soon after we sat down and brought our drinks quick. The food was amazing my steak was cooked perfectly and the blooming onion was also perfect. I will definitely come back to eat again.

Bad reviews are not my thing but honest reviews are. Please keep in mind that everything I post here is simply just my opinion. This place is a no for me. The staff is extremely friendly. Everything seemed clean and in order. We waited under 30 minutes to be seated. Our server was very quick to get our drinks. There was a problem in the restroom but they had someone working on it (not big deal we know things happen) also the restroom was well stocked and wheelchair accessible. Parking lot also wheelchair accessible. The food. The food is overpriced and underwhelming. I definitely wouldn't recommend chicken. I would rather just cook and eat at home. Sorry, Outback I'm just not a fan.
