Very slow, 25 minutes to get food, rude and oblivious employees who were more interested in each other's shoe choices than even taking my order without me having to ask them to do their job. Masks were worn down under their chins while taking orders and interactions with customers. Order counter and place where customers stood was covered in trash. Would literally recommend any other place to eat.

We went to get burgers,chicken, fries, & shakes. What a horrific experience! Staff was cocky, uncaring & Rude as hell period. Didn't get any of 5 shakes we wanted. Said No ice cream?? Burgers were nasty, toppings just threw on & missing. Waited in line for over an hour for the nastiest food & experience ever. Not to mention... Food was cold, & way over cooked!!! Had I read reviews before agreeing to go there We would of NEVER went!!! I believe we should be compensated for our horrible experience!!

I only asked if they knew how much longer it would be till I got my food because I had already been waiting almost 30 minutes and you had already helped at lead 5 cars and 2 people behind me. I'm disabled and standing is ready hard enough on me. I just wanted a short walk. But no, I ended up almost passing out because my heart rate went to high. I will never come back. It was a question, I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I didn't even yell, and I apologized for asking, I just didn't feel good and I was going to ask for my money back if it was to much longer... Older white lady is the one that was so awful to me. Also, no, I didn't bring a wheelchair, I didn't think I'd need it. Clearly that was my fault. 6-11-22 is when I went...

This place does ok for being slammed non stop with customers all night. Dont get me wrong its pretty crazy how long u will be sitting in line. But at a nice pace things keep rolling. I wish they would wait for doordashers to check in before making the orders. And they could keep the ice cream machine on longer...

Horrid....line wrapped around building and down Jefferson Blvd.. Was in drive thru waiting for well over 45min.... got there at 1:55am and finished at 2:45am. .. it was so bad I actually started to wonder if they actually had to physically chase down the chicken I had ordered, because it escaped, and they still had to kill, pluck, and bread it! SMH never again! Like really guys? I'd expect this at McDonald's....that was my mistake for holding Rallys to a higher standard, especially since they have higher prices.
