I RARELY go here because of the prices, too high. I'm pretty sure it's because of the Roast Beef. I absolutely ❤ the Jamocha Shake! I always get an extra quirt of syrup 😀!

Arby's can come and go but when Diana is there she rules and the food is consistently good! She brings huge continuity to a long term community based fast food option.

It's Arby's. The food is what one expects, but it is always consistent. The service at this location is what shines. They were good before the pandemic. They continue to be very good with all the constraints of COVID.

The food is usually good and the service usually polite. Errors are rare enough that I can't recall any despite several visits.
The biggest problem here is their drive through. Not only does it snake around in an odd way that has many people hopping the large curb, but the wait times in line are often ridiculous.
On the other hand, if you have time, the dinning experience inside is usually pleasant.

I would give them 5 stars if they stayed open as advertised. It says they are open until 10 pm on the window and 11 pm on the website, but I go there at 930 pm and they are already closed. I work midnights, so Mickey D's gets my business now. Should stay open as advertised.

I'd give 5 stars just to Samantha if I could. This chick ROCKED the drive thru, handling irritable customers like a boss. - the dt line during our visit lined the parking lot and it took 12 minutes just to order.
But.
Even though we could see through the window that 4 other employees were standing around talking, doing nothing else, Samantha was polite, friendly, and busy as she could be, taking care of everyone.
So impressed.
Oh, the order was correct, and well-prepared.

Much better experience. Staff much more happy to help this time. No major issues, food was hot. New nuggets are OK, seems like some of them were old and too hard to chew. Rather have old nuggets than experience like last visit.

Got in line at 7 minutes before close. You guys took the order in front of me and then closed 4 minutes early and didn't take my order even though I had been waiting. You should probably change your close time to 8:56 then.
