Great location located inside the Broward health hospital. I came to this location in my unfortunate overnight stay. It was absolutely freezing inside, but the do have a door that takes you to a outside patio. With table and chairs. The barista that took my order was so pleasant and so nice. I absolutely love the service and the food and drink tasted great.
Played lottery, I know most of the staff, never had a problem with purchasing, refund, exchange or returns.
I loved this Starbucks. The grilled cheese sandwichs was on point. I also liked the carmel ribbon crunch but, a couple servers didn't ask me how I would like it made causing confusion. I would say, make sure to ask the customer before they are finished paying how exactly they want everything. Other than that it was a great experience, great atmosphere and great food!

I had the caramel frozen and the drink was amazing. The really nice workers there were so friendly. Shout out to K A V Y A. Thanks for taking care of me. I DO NOT LEAVE REVIEWS. I had to make an exception because it is one of the those rare blow my mind unexpectedly moment. I do expect Starbucks to be great wirh the coffee. Damn good service. Raise for kavya please she was exceptional.
Saved me a long night in the ER being open 24 hours. Nice and clean. Never had to wait long but I order ahead through the Starbucks app when I can. Visited 2-3 times and no complaints so far.
This is my first time coming to this Starbucks. WOW!!!! If this is the standard of service......please...KEEP IT GOING!!!! Greeted with a genuine smile from Ms. Kavya. She took extra care of making my picture perfect frappe. Thanked me for coming and invited me back. I felt like I was at a friends house coffee party. You bet I'll be back. Today I didn't just get coffee. I had an amazing experience. Gold star for Ms. Kavya!!!!!!
I was at the hospital for my 3 hour glucose test (I am very pregnant). When it was over, I ran down to Starbucks to grab some food. I ordered my drink and food, got my drink and proceeded to wait. I noticed the customer behind me get her food and drink and continue to linger. When my bag of food was placed on the counter, she took my food and booked it out of the starbucks! 😮
When the baristas noticed, they profusely apologized, made me fresh new food, and gave me a $4 gift card for the inconvenience. They really knew how to make a hangry pregnant woman feel better after a mean lady stole her food!
