This little mom and pop shop is amazing. They serve some really great food, my favorite is the philly cheese steaks, and the owners are super friendly and make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s a great place to stop off at before or after the beach because of its location. Highly recommend.

I love this little jewel. Always amazing customer service and hospitality. You can feel the family love and dynamic of this place. I haven't even touched base on how amazing the food is. My personal favorite is the steak and cheese my go to place no one has come close in my book andim from up north. Burger dogs breakfast waffle fries balls to the wall onion rings and more. Ive never been disappointed and neither will you. They only take cash you may find that as a down side but its not just remember they only take cash.
Awesome food with outdoor seating. Busy place. $70 for 2 for lunch...I say NO WAY. Maybe $20-25. I dont believe they serve alcohol. During our visit there, there must have been 30 cars going thru the drive thru w a packed parking lot to boot. Very friendly, hardworking people.

Nice Stop. I was heading back home and saw this place and stopped in. I had the Italian sausage and my son had a cheese burger. Sausage was very good with lots of flavor and I stole a bite of my son's hamburger which was good. If you are in the area it is a great alternative to fast food.

Great family owned resturant, been coming here since I was a kid. Everything is great from the chicago dog to the fish and chips do not drive by this place without stopping. They also make an amazing egg bacon and cheese sandwich for breakfast, not what you would expect from a hot dog shop.
New York or Chicago style... Either way this hot dog stand is a classic landmark.

I am surprised, it is the best Hot Dog place I have been able to visit. I arrived with my daughter and my nephew who wanted to have lunch after leaving school for the first time. We went in. I didn't know that you could only use cash. My surprise was that they He told me that I wouldn't pay anything, I told them that I would return better with the money, they told me again to eat first. This surprised me so much, there are so few people like this in the world, I totally recommend this place and if I could give more stars I would. Empathy, love for your job ❤️🙏 This place will be more than blessed

Perfect little hot dog place. For a real authentic Chicago style dog, complete with the glowing green relish, look no further than Diggity. Rosina (The Hot Dog Lady) is so sweet and provides excellent hospitality. I forgot cash and she gave me a dog on the house. I’ll be coming back and paying what I owe the next time I come by. Be sure to stop by, this place is well worth it!

This place is really small and will only accept cash. But if you want a good sub or a hotdog, this is the place to go!

I'm from Chicago and I'm always looking for a great Chicago style hot dog and an Italian beef like Portillo's. Hot Diggity hit the spot! The hot dog is perfect and the Italian beef is right up there with Portillo's! The only regret I have is... I didn't go sooner! It's my new fave spot and craving it now so I'll add my review and hope to see you there!
Came for a quick lunch today for the first time, the owner went above and beyond after we found out we had no cash but $3. She basically gave us a free meal, which I was not expecting. Food was delicious, very fresh and tasty. Everyone was so nice and attentive. We came back later to pay for the meal of course because we felt bad but it amazes me to find good people nowadays and they truly are!

All I’ve had are the Chicago Dogs, the menu has a lot more choices, the Chicago Dogs are better than Hotdog Heaven on Sunrise.
Drive-up window is nice, a few times there has been a line but typically 1 or 2 cars at most, I go 2-3x a month.
They did recently change their fries…. the other fries were better. If the owner reads this, go back to the fries you use to serve, almost only gave 4stars over this.
Enough parking, food is made to order, take a few minutes to get your food. Again, great Chicago Dogs!!
