Very poor service ! Seen the poor management and other coworkers struggling while the cashier was just standing there and wasn’t even helping when they were begging for her help. They were out of ice and didn’t bother to put up a sign or anything ! I know we all struggle in the work place but kindness goes a long way and so does team work ! Hoping things get better for this Wendy’s !

The manager at the Fayetteville location is great. She caught an overcharge and reimbursed me promptly. The store looked clean and the food was good.

When they the drive thru and the lady tells me thru the speaker just a moment please which is ok and understandable.

This particular Wendy's didn't quite make the grade. I ordered through the drive through and there were numerous things not right. First I had to tell her she never gave me my credit card back, I ordered sour cream for the chili and it wasn't in the bag, I didn't get straws in the bag for our drinks and there were no napkins. The French fries were literally upside down in the bag also. Should of looked before I left the window.

I enjoy a burger from Wendy's. The only issue I've had is the buns are stale sometimes and that makes for a lousy burger.

Ordered two $5.00 bacon double burgers combos. Checked my order, the fries were barely warm and not fresh. One of the burgers wasn't what I ordered. So I went back to the drive thru and they gave me another burger but only one fry. So the burger wasn't very fresh and I was missing a fry . My other burger had only one ring of a onion on it.
