Taco Bell

Thanks to Athena, I have a pleasant visit as she makes sure we're informed of when they're low or out of products. She's always in good positive mood and quick to put a smile on your face. Her personality is well received by all that visit this drive thru location. Shea quick to offer suggestions if a product isn't available or of something is missing from a mobile order. I wish all managers had a employee similar to Athena, but I'm happy with her being at this location for now.

Ordered a 12 pack of tacos, 6 crunchy and 6 sort, $27.38 !!!! I ask how much tacos where the guy at window didn't know. So I helped them with the math. Comes out to $2.25 per taco. Then they said she made them supreme, and I said that's fine then. Got home and low and behold THEY'RE NOT SUPREME. Still didn't get packets of sauce I asked for 20 and got maybe 10. Terrible attention to detail and lack of menu knowledge. Your libel to get whatever they want to give you.

Meant to write this last week but DON'T COME TO THIS TACO BELL!! They constantly mess up my order, I swear at least one item is wrong every time I go, and last time my entire order was messed up. I was supposed to get a beefy melt burrito and two spicy potato soft tacos with no lettuce, the tacos had lettuce on them anyway, and then the beefy melt burrito also had lettuce and tomato even though the menu item is not supposed to have that. when I brought it back they tried to tell me that the beefy melt burrito is supposed to have lettuce and tomato so I looked it up online and showed them that it does not have lettuce or tomato. And dude on line started having an attitude like "I make this every day" cool bro, you make it wrong everyday. Their workers obviously do not know the menu items and seem to have issues reading the screen. I worked at Taco Bell for 2 years, it gets busy sure, but it's not that hard if you know the menu items and can read a screen. Don't come here unless you want your time wasted, if you want Taco Bell, go to the other Taco bells that are in Fayetteville

Good customer service and professionalism is never expected and rarely seen at any fast food outlets. However, Joaquin was extremely professional and kind despite dealing with a long line at midnight. Keep it bussin, Joaquin Oh and the food was so gas it’d have an 89 octane rating like dat premium at Costco. Whoever cheffed it up at midnight last night, god bless you and your entire bloodline.

Ordered 2 party packs from the drive thru which I have done before no issue and got told to come inside that there are too many tacos for drive thru. Irritated I went inside and placed my order on the computer. I waited over 20 minutes for my order and watched them make 15+ people's orders in the drive thru before starting on mine. Then I get the food and the employee drops the packs on the counter as if they were trash. The food was soggy and I didn't even get the right sauce packets I asked for. I just left disgusted at this point.

I don’t know how this Taco Bell manages to consistently be the worst Taco Bell in North America but holy molly — you can always count on it to be terrible. Slow. Confused. When you eventually get food, it’s fit to go straight to the trash can and nowhere else. Every 3 or 4 months I think “Ok, it’s just a Taco Bell. Give it another chance.” Believe this is my last attempt though. This has basically been the operating state of this particular Taco Bell for two years running. For the love of God, just close this thing down. It’s a garbage dispenser stuck in garbage-only mode.
