I was never a big fan of chain restaurants until I ate here several times, and now I am hooked! They serve simple American food, nothing fancy, but everything I have ever eaten there has been delicious. They are pretty short staffed right now, but the servers that are there give1,000% of their efforts to make sure that you leave there very happy and you want to come back. I was a server for 15 years and I have to commend the amazing people that work there for making every customer feel special and important. Since I first went in mid February I have been back at least twice a week and I would honestly go daily if I could. They have an amazing, AMAZING buffet several times a week and that is what I always get when I go. Their fried chicken blows my mind at how crispy, juicy and addictive it is. The seafood buffet on Friday has the sweetest, tastiest peel and eat shrimp I ever had in my life, that's really saying something because I grew up in south Miami and my Father would catch shrimp and we would eat it within a few hours of coming out of the ocean. I need to give a special shout out to Chastity, William, Addy, Elizabeth, Michael and Ruth. They go way, way above and beyond to make me feel like family.

One of the worst dining experiences here. Usually not a bad place to eat hence the two stars instead of one. We were seatwd quickly and our offers were taken.While fixing salads I had to change my side because they were out of baked potatoes. OK, I get it, it was after 7 pm. We waited around 40 minutes for two of the three entrees we ordered to arrive. They were finished before mine ever arrived. I ended up asking for a to-go box. The mashed potatoes on the first two entrees were cold, but other than that the food was good. If you're short-handed, it's probably better to lead with that fact.
