Torchys Tacos

It was $7 for a small chips and dip. No one offered more chips. The burrito was okay, it was cold and no one ever asked how everything was. This is obviously not a real restaurant. More like an upscale Taco Bell. They did however sneak in a $2 extra charge on both me and my friend when the menu clearly stated a completely different price.

Had a much better experience here than the Rogers location. Food was great, but the prices are a little high for what you get. I got the grande burrito with beef and it was pretty solid. I also got the queso and I did really enjoy that. Service was great too. All around, good Mexican place to eat at but be prepared to spend more than you want to.

Great food! Service is hit or miss. We’ve come to Torchy’s several times before and always love the food. We have had pretty good service but most recently, I came in to place a to go order and the staff member was pretty rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was pretty unclear with what she would say and would take a pretty mocking tone and eye roll if I’d ask a question to clarify. I saw her be rude to another customer while I waited as well. I am also of the mindset that you should always be super nice to any staff of a service industry job because I know it’s hard and people deserve dignity and respect no matter what job they work. Anyways, food is great so I’d still recommend going here. I get the shrimp taco every time and it’s fire!

I was glad to see that NWA was getting a Torchys, I know it has been open for a while now, I just had not been able to eat here till today. Love what they did with the building and I was already familiar with the food (Dallas). Tacos were good as I remember, the smoked brisket tacos on corn were good and the salsas are usually pretty tasty. By the time I remembered taking pics of the food the queso was half gone.
