Arby's

The food was real good requested hot fries and that's what they gave us. The only problem is the AC for the dining room is not working I asked them about the manager or general manager they have been in contact supposedly it's been out for 3 weeks and employee told me not a good condition for employees or Patriots

Not happy right now. My husband ordered a Double Roast Beef with cheese meal for him,and the Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich for me. He got a regular roast beef with skimpy meat and no cheese, and I got a sloppily made sandwich. I had to really look for the bacon. The bread was a little soggy too. We've been customers for a long time. This visit was worse than disappointing.It was shameful.

What a wonderful Arby’s! Took some international clients there because they had heard about it back in their country (Mexico). I was kind of scarred that they would fall flat… but the staff came through with shinning colors. Clean, friendly and quality food was served and our visitors thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thanks Arby’s in Fayettvile TN, YOU ROCK!

Our food was actually fast and fresh had to wait on curly fries to cool. The people behind the counter,bless their hearts, actually had smiles on their faces,and didn't grumble when you ask for ketchup. It was nice from the time we got there till the time we left. My little one rang the bell on way out.

Most of the time my order is right, but when it's not it's very aggravating because I clearly stated what I wanted. Classic roast beef sandwich isn't even close to Beef 'N Cheddar. Of course I don't realize it's wrong until I am already across town, and do not have time to return for the correct order. It's frustrating to burn almost $10, because you do not like the food you were given, and it goes to waste. Your team should get in the practice of reading the order back once the customer reaches the window, this might help to eliminate some of the errors. I will say the team members are courteous.
