Just the way you talk to people this morning ! I was not a plus member as a small group of. Non plus members approached the entry of sams club we all was standing there because employee told us we are not a plus members we can’t enter prior 1000 o clock ! It’ was ok I understand the rules and I do respect them , but this employee is talking to customers like we a bunch of kids, maybe she switched a role and should of stayed at home to be a Mom and come back Monday to be a door greeter!

I really love this Sam's club.The place is always well organized and cleaned.Customer service is impeccable.I have scanned one product twice upon realizing head to customer service.I have also returned clothes because of the size with zero difficulty.My only problem is they run out of certain essentials e.g,club member water,toilet paper, Nan bread,coconut water to name a few.The restaurant run out of hotdogs,no condiments etc.I am pretty much satisfied with the products and customer service.They usually have great sale!I got all these on sale for less than $10 each

The store is clean well stocked. The lines at checkout are crazy long and slow. Don't know why they need to see your membership card at the door.... Well they pick and choose who they want to check. You can't find anything without the membership card so what's the point? You can't buy anything without the membership so what are you going to do just walk around🤣

Purchased a recliner, paid for it and then waited over 30 minutes for an employee to get it from the back. I stood in line at customer service for 25 minutes after the clerk at the cash register said I needed to go to customer service to find out who was bringing the chair out. The young lady that did bring the chair out was very nice.

This store doesn't answer their phone at all. Its like calling the IRS to get through. I had to call the head office to get help. Its really ridiculous. So if you have a question don't count on calling you'll have to drive all the way to Sam's club to ask a question about your order or call head office, they have poor customer service. The lady at the head office was very understanding and helpful though. I get there is a shortage on workers but they could at least answer their phones out of the 12 times I persistently called.

The customer service is seriously lacking! I had a return and the lady that I dealt with was super rude. Because I use scan and go I literally had to go through every receipt for the last six months. Once I found the receipt she took my phone to write down the information and started swiping through my Sams club account then says its not working you need to find the receipt AGAIN. I was at the counter for at least 45 minutes. She then signed my name for me without asking for the return.

If I could give this stores bakery no stars and still write a review I definitely would… I ordered my sons birthday cake last week. Yesterday the day before his birthday they call at 4 pm to tell me they will not be able to make his cake as the printer is broke🤦🏻‍♀️ it is too late to place a order at any other store since it’s less then 24 hr notice. So I tell them just make it a blue color and write happy birthday on it. Today I pick up the cake and it doesn’t say happy birthday so I had to ask her to write it on there which she did but as I was paying for the cake I noticed it didn’t have whipped frosting it had icing which wasn’t what I asked for. This has been a horrible experience and I am new to nc. I will not be ordering a cake from them EVER AGAIN! poor customer service poor communication poor quality overall satisfaction was poor!

The customer service line is manned with 2 people even in the busy times. There is always an excessively long line at the prime times. The workers do their best but the store has set it up to fail them. They can't print membership cards to new members for weeks now, which means you need to maintain the paper receipt with your barcode or you better know how to interface with your phone app. They don't mail membership cards either. So stand in line each visit and see if they can print membership cards yet or have them print out another temp paper one. No membership card then no cheap gas without attempting to scan a barcode at the pump but you better have a credit card saved to the app on your phone. If your phone is dead or you don't have it you're going to have problems. Gotta be a better way.
