Great American Cookies

Stopped to get my daughter and co workers some cookies for Valentines Day, I got 3 small doozies and a slice that was layered with icing. The worker went to put it in a sack and I asked her if I could have it in a box because I had to keep it till the next day and I knew the icing would get smashed. She told me they didn't have any boxes that would fit it and I said that was fine, I'll just get one of the mini cookie cakes that come in a box, and the girl said oh no no here you go and pulled one out, another lady(I assume the manager) over heard and was SO RUDE to me and the other employee, I apologized and told her I would just get the mini cookie cake again and she just kept talking so hateful and telling the other employees that they were NOT to offer boxes anymore and I even offered to pay for the box and she said NO that won't be necessary, but don't expect it to happen again. I understand they were busy, but it really hurt my feelings. I let it ruin the whole rest of the afternoon. She was SO mean and it was just uncalled for.

After long day as a nurse. I wanted to get kids two cookies. Pink hair older lady refused to give me a small box for my 2 cookies. Since I had a few more items to pick up in an hour and a half drive I did not want the icing to get smashed. i ask to buy small box needless to say icing got smashed by time it made it home. i will take my business to Rickys from now on. learn some customer service and wear hair

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for 2 straws the lady told me I had to buy them. We ordered a cookie cake and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes, so we walk around and came back in 15 minutes and they have not even started. We stand there and they finally get started and the whole time they were laughing and talking to each other. They are almost finished 8 or so minutes later when the girl frosting the cake realizes she spelled the name wrong. By that point we were pretty much standing over her to keep her on task which made her very annoyed.

I went to this Great American Cookie location to order a cookie cake expecting a mediocre job as my idea was very detailed and somewhat complicated. All I have to say is..WOW! The decorator did such an impeccable job and brought my idea to life! I could not be happier! I used to frequent this location for years but they went downhill. They now have a new manager and she hired a whole new team and they are awesome! Amazing customer service and the cookies are always fresh!
