Applebee's Grill + Bar 792 Glynn St N, Fayetteville, GA 30214 First time, here but have been to plenty of Applebee's before. Our Waitress was Catherine. She was truly amazing. She was attentive to our table and make sure that we received everything that we needed. A true Gem for Applebee's. Food: We ordered the 2 for $24, they have a list of various food items to choose from. We got the Grilled Lime Chicken, Blackened Salmon with double broccoli and Oriental Salad, with a Caesar Salad and to finish it off with a Triple Chocolate Lava Cake. All of the food was seasoned perfectly and was really good. Our food came out promptly and everything was fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend trying out this restaurant. Wait for a while to be seated. Ordered myself a margarita and the glass has red sauce on it that my husband has to wipe it. You can see that it was not properly washed. I drank the margarita anyway. There's no way that mixture is going to waste. I ordered the chicken and when it arrived, the wood where the sizzling plate is has some stuff that does not look like any of my food. It might have been something else. I wiped it but I just lost my appetite. On the other hand, I would like to give a 5 star to our server. I think his name is Kyeer. He had an excellent customer service and despite being busy as they put all customers on his side, he has managed to check on us every now and then.

Horrible experience, but the server was great. The portions of the food have been cut back significantly. The spinach dip and mashed potatoes was smaller. It was literally one scoop of potatoes. The 2 for meals are higher. There is a 2 for $32 now. They kept getting the orders wrong and the appetizer with stale chips came out cold. We ordered a medium steak, it came out cold. So we sent it back. They sent the EXACT same steak back fully cooked to the point it was dry. Won't be back.

Sad energy. Server lackluster and disregarded any type of service expectations. There for lunch with my son. Drinks were delayed, ordered the 2for24 - our chips and dip came on a obviously DIRTY plate... and both the server AND MANAGER explained WHERE the splatters came from (salsa that was SUPPOSED to be there) ... and never acknowledged that YOU SERVED ME A DIRTY PLATE?! 🤮 THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE WALKED OUT OF A RESTAURANT REFUSING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING. CONGRATULATIONS to FAYETTEVILLE,GA APPLEBEES- YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED AT HAVING ME NEVER GO TO ANY APPLEBEES AGAIN.

DOORDASH ORDER/REVIEW: ATTENTION STEAK ORDERS: Whatever temp you want, order one below it. My steak arrive cooked very well and with crisp edges. My request was for medium well i.e. with some pink in the middle as per their description. DONENESS IS IMPORTANT!!! My delivery estimate is a 15-20 minute drive and the steak still had crisp edges when it arrived. It had flavor, just cooked too long! My broccoli & mashed garlic potatoes were good.

We had a really bad experience today August 7, 2021 when we got to your restaurant we were told that the waiting time was about 40 minutes the host took my name and telephone number and entered in a tablet and we were told that we were going to receive a text when you had a table ready for us. After we waited 50 minutes I went to ask the hostess how much longer we needed to wait and when he looked at the tablet we were told that our name was not on the list. I requested to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor told the host to get a table to us with bad attitude. The waitress took forever to get our drinks and did not provided napkins, the coffee cup was dirty. The service that was provided to us was awful I don't know if that was because I'm in a wheelchair or because we are Hispanics but you should be more considerate to your customers and you should teach your employees how to respect others.
