4/28/2022- I tried using my gift card but the ladies at the register could not figure out how to redeem it… one young lady was very rude and seemed as though she did not want to help me with my purchase. An older lady (manager I think) could not figure it out either. Instead of them reassuring me how to fix the issue, I just went ahead and paid cash for my ice cream. Someone should have at least tried to explain what the issue was instead of brushing it off.

Place Is Extremely Clean, Staff Is Extremely Friendly, Helpful, & Very Patient, Because I Took About 10 Minutes To Pick What I Wanted 😂 Um, Only Thing That Threw Me Off Was The "Puppy Treat" I Automatically Assumed It Was For Dogs, & It's Not, It's For Humans, Lol, So Dairy Queen... You Should Change The Name, Even Your Staff Agreed With Me, It's Just Not Appetizing! They Charge $1.00 For Toppings, I Find That Just A Little Over Priced. It's Just Sprinkles, I Would Understand If It Was .50. Just Saying. But Overall I Guess Prices Are Fair. Will Be Back Again!

Super nice kids working there and the stuff they put up with. I must be getting old. With school out today I saw a table of young teens. The girls were all wrapped around the boys in inappropriate poses especially while I was buying ice cream for a child. But hey. The employees say it happens often. There was a large family in front of me ordering every specialty item and the two kids working just kept trucking along with a smile. They do offer a military discount and have happy hour. They have also updated their sprinkles ! Super cool!

This is a clean location with friendly staff and yummy treats. The store is laid out well with plenty of seating. The bathrooms were clean, and it looked like the main room floors were too. My family has been here many times. The only complaint we have is that they have very few staff, so if you arrive at a bad time, service can take a moment.

Dairy Queen is always good. The employee made it horrible. I asked for whipped cream on top of my blizzard. My blizzard had no cap and all she had to do without touching the cup again was put the whip cream on top. No, she is mad, irritated and, " Now i have to make another!" She stomped off and we heard the cup with the blizzard hit the trash. I understand covid restrictions, but she never had to touch the cup. Just put the whipped cream on top. Horrible customer service.
