Hotlanta Wings

They have great food and their staff are always super friendly. The wait can be long but is expected as they make their food fresh to order. I always tend to get extra wings if their wings are of a smaller size that batch. Very accommodating owner. She truly cares about her establishment and us as customers. I once didn’t receive something in my order and she replaced my whole meal not just what was left out. Nice lady. Our server Ray was as sweet and helpful as can be on many occasions. Keep up the good work Hotlanta!

This place is solid, not the best, but still very good. Service is unmatched. Great people. Wings are amazing. Other items are well executed but a bit of an afterthought. I got a philly. It came on a toasted 6 inch roll and had about 3 Oz shaved steak on it. The steak and cheese were delicious but just not enough. For $6 it was just okay on portion. I’d have gladly paid $1.5 more for double the meat. Lastly, the floor was very sticky. Like it was slathered in wing sauce, mopped with dirty water with a bad mop, and left to air dry. Easy fix. Overall, it’s a friendly wing joint. Enjoy.

Out of 20 wings, we only received four flats. Now had I wanted all drums, I would have been charged 2.00 (1.00 for each ten wing combo). Additionally, the wings were soggy and barely cooked, minimum amounts of sauce and slow service. There was one car ahead of us when we arrived, yet we had to wait five minutes or so to place an order. Now I see why Wing Stop was so packed. Much better food. We won’t return.

**I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because the owner reached out to me directly and refunded my order. I’m re-writing this review because somehow the original one got deleted. For $12 you’d think they wouldn’t give you 10 of the smallest wings in the world! Not to mention forgetting other items on my order. I’m not from here and it’s about an hour away from where I live. Rude, rude, rude managers Damien and Victoria refused to give a refund unless I came all the way down to the store. Never going here again and never recommending this place. Should have read the other reviews prior to wasting my money here. Oh... and Victoria threatened me for ‘Slander’ if I made my review. This is the type of people managing that company. 🤮

there was no one here when i got here. ordered 20 wings and a philly steak. the wings were cold, by which i dont mean room temperature, but much colder, still crispy, and sauced but obviously had been put in the refrigerator taken out, and sauced without reheating. one would think if wings are what you do, you'd want to be better at it. the flavor was good, seasoned well. very small wings but would have rated a 5 if they werent COLD
