Great ice cream but this store has amazing service to boot. During a late night ice cream stop, they stopped me from trying to put ketchup on my ice cream thinking it was caramel, and gave me a small cup of caramel. It was less than ten minutes to their close time, bless these people.

I love the food and desserts. But one thing I hate, is the service. Last time I went it took them about 30 minutes to take my order. I had ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and I was served the original sandwich, the chicken wasn't even cooked right.

Update: Went for breakfast on the way to work . I got a VERY GOOD breakfast burrito and the price was decent too. Was going to get a breakfast sandwich at another fast food recently until they said it would be $5 and change just for a biscuit sandwich! This was way better, fresher and reasonable at under $3.
Got a #13 meal. Hot, fresh, good food and drive thru service was timely and friendly. AND you can get a shake as your drink!

Heads up! I’m a bit picky about ice cream and my standard is too high, so my review is coming from that perspective. I have not tried a lot of stuff here, but did not like the one I ate. I took single dip chocolate ice cream in a cone. There is no complaint about the portion size. It’s big and cheap. But the chocolate flavor has no chocolate in it. It’s just too sweet.

I just ordered a float to find multiple pieces of plastic in my drink. I’m appalled to say the least. I would not recommend this play unless you want to plastic in your food.

My Burger was cold, meat was charged on the edges, no straw for my drink, and my friends Medium French Fries (in a box) was the same amount as my small (in a bag). Yet we were the only ones in the drive thru at the time. Other than that long time fan of Braum's and look forward to what the next visit will bring.

I can never finish all that goodness from Braum's I was treated nice and the woman who served me the ice cream was very kind I tried that new cake ice cream yummy is a understatement
