Ordered online they said come inside 10 min from now and we did and then they said it is going to be a while bc we only have two workers and a line at the window. How does it make sense that ppl with a designated time to pick up are having to wait longer than ppl in drive through? I don't care about this aspect as much as I care that the workers were rude, yelling and inattentive while we attempted to enter the locked building they told us to come in through. When they finally came to the door and let us in we saw there were actually 5 workers and when they were finished they threw the food on the counter and never noted it was ours. Probably a racial thing considering I'm a white girl.

They were rude. How're you going to try to compete with chic-fil-a across the street with that attitude? No fork for the salad. I asked for sauce for my tenders amd they gave me one. It was half full so I had to get back in line amd pay for more when I got the fork. 2/10 won't be coming back. Petty to charge me for that small amount of sauce.

Food is not consistent. Workers are rude and rush you. I only go to this location due to location. I ordered a pickup and went to get it and the doors were locked (12 pm) and I knocked on the window. I told her both doors were locked and she said “I KNOW” and continues to tell me I’m going to have to wait a while since there was only 2 workers. Some odd time later some food is thrown on the counter and I assumed it was mine.
