Ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt and it came with absolutely no avocado.
The person who took my order was clearly distracted laughing in the back with someone and I had to repeat my order 3 times before he took it. They were nice once I got to the window but I wish I would have checked before I left.

Why is the half sand which the size of a chicken nugget!?! That is a salad dressing cup next to it for size comparison. To pay almost $7.00 for HALF A SANDWICH and then get this minuscule, under-developed, wanna-be-a-sandwich when I grow up is ridiculous. Panera Bread is slipping hard and I won’t be ordering from them again

I don't usually go to Panera, but I went one day recently and was super happy. Kayla at the window was such a joy and made me feel so welcome. More people in customer service should be that friendly and welcoming!

They always mess up the order. This time it was no fork, but the food was great. Forks are minor but you need to eat a salad.

They get the order wrong more times than not and literally REFUSE to toast the bread when you ask them to (if it’s not a sandwich they’re told to do it with). I could use a cow prodder every step of the way and they’d still find a way to only “warm” my sandwich and not toast it. Pretty annoying. Service used to be better here.

We got in line here at about 830 we’re sitting at the speaker box nobody said anything to us at all, we said hello a couple times there was no response, at about 910 finally somebody came on the box and was like sorry we closed at nine we’re unable to take your order even though we have literally been sitting in the drive-through before they closed for about half an hour just waiting for them to take the order. Will be driving to the skibo location for some reason everywhere on Ramsey st has horrid customer services

After they have your money your not a priority,
Ordered food online they claimed 10 minutes. Arrived in 10 minutes didn’t get food until a additional 30 minutes.
There were walk ins that got there food quicker!
