Wendy's

Sam needs to be fired. Not only did she get my order wrong, she didn’t give me my drink and refused to bring me a replacement sandwich when she messed up my order. I order a big bacon, she gave me a david single.. Additionally, she hung up in my face twice and told me I should’ve reordered if I wanted another sandwich. I will be speaking to their manager Johtyce tomorrow and calling corporate Monday morning. This is the second time I have had an incident with this establishment. $10.00 down the drain for low class service. As I am writing this, another employee walks out with what could be my correct order and a drink which I refuse to take because she could’ve done anything to it now that I asked for her manager’s information. This all could’ve been resolved had she had some class and good customer service the FIRST time around, not after you feel like your reputation is on the line. I’m tired of spending money and getting undignified service. It is time for things to change.

The floor was very slippery, the carpet in the dining area was very very filty, all of the tables looked as though they had been wiped with a dirty rag, also the dining area had a foul odour in it. I Will Not eat there again! Oh..and they were giving you a receipt without any prices nor the total of your bill on it. "Not Cool!"

Always always always an awful experience. Never has anything I show up between 1 and 2 hours before they close and they are always either out of something or gives me dried out food. If you are really craving wendy’s I recommend the one on Tara Blvd or on highway 54 in peachtree city. Either one is 100x better than this one. Not to mention the workers always have a bad attitude.

Anybody else enjoying the new breakfast menu at Wendy's? I mean the food tastes refreshing different and really good. I've tried the butter chicken biscuit, so good, so flavorful! But my first love was the Sausage, Egg and Swiss Croissant, so flavorful, so elevated from a regular croissant sandwich. And it doesn't seem like a huge portion, just right size. Also at this location Autumn was the sweetest, she told me it was her pleasure to serve me, I normally only expect that at Chick-fil-A, she was phenomenal!!!! Oh and the #1, the Maple bacon chicken croissant is bomb as well, you will need a napkin, lol. And let me say I'm such a huge fan of the wedges!!! Can they replace the regular fries? I'm just saying, they are way better, and I prefer them when I'm tired of everyone's tator tots. Breakfast is really good, better than normal fast food breakfast, give it a try! And if you go here tell Autumn I sent you!

45 mintues in line. I assume the individual taking payments as I am still sitting in front of the payment window 20 mintues after the car in front drove off. I have 3 door dash pick ups and will never come to this store again. I lost money waiting in line for over 1 hour and my dash is only 4 mintues away.
