Wendy's

I just went through for breakfast (Sat, Apr 23, 2022), they made me wait for 15 minutes... while waiting, I downed the unsweet tea I had. When they finally came back to the window, I asked for a refill and they replied with, "Sorry, sweetie... we don't give refills." Nobody offered an apology for my 15 minute wait, and they couldn't give me a refill for my wait? On the other hand, the food was warm and tasty.

Rude employees, did a mobile order and had to go back through drive thru due to lobby being closed. Had to wait almost 10 minutes, was told couldn't take the food back, but then asked for the food back to be examined like I wasn't be honest on how my order was wrong. Then tried saying it wasn't wrong and I had to explain how it was wrong just to get a correct order. Place use to be great but really went down on everything.

Wow! Just sat in Drive through waiting 30 minutes just to order! No lie! They said they were"having a shift change" all that time so they couldn't take any orders. Be ware of this place it has gone down hill badly! They must have new management. Then they didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't give them a review! I may not be able to do it there, but I can here. This place used to be our favorite Wendy's, now it is no better than the rest we have around here. They better start fixing them or Wendy's will be the next restaurant we see closing their doors

They keep talking about these hot crispy fries they make I've heard this supposed to be much better than McDonald's I'm still waiting to get some . Just want hot fries, is it that difficult, get another fry machine..Sign said If you don't like the fries let us know We'll replace them right away Received my food and the workers disappeared....

This location is very rude and disrespectful. I'm a delivery driver for door dash. My job is to just pick up my customers orders. The manager on duty May 17,2022 told me I had to place my customers order at the speaker. I don't place orders. I just pick them up. When a door dash customer place an order and pays for it online. The order goes directly to that restaurant. The lady told me they didn't know what the order was because I didn't order it and I was holding up her drive thru time. I told her I was not moving and then she all of a sudden gave me my customers order. Told me she was going to call the police on me. Very ghetto and ignorant

I went to the drive thru because I only had 20 minutes for lunch. I ended up leaving the line and returning to work without food because the line was so slow. I was the third car in line when I pulled up. I waited 15 minutes and still had not placed my order. I didn't appreciate going back to work without lunch.

We were displaced to my mother in law's due to a house fire. We have ate here due to convenience several times & EVERYTIME late night, something was not right with our order 😏 either something was left off, not fixed correctly or once, we had to go back all together... food was ok though, just disappointing to deal with this when you have no transportation & just want to eat dinner.
