Kfc

First and last time im getting wings from kfc. Or at least this kfc. They were undercooked and greasy/sloppy. Chicken was just rubbery. The skin wouldnt even stay on the chicken as i grabbed ahold of it. I'd much rather recommend any other wing place (or just a place that serves wings) over this. The only reason i gave it a 2 star is cause their fried chicken is usually okay and their biscuits and mac and cheese is good.

I ordered a chicken little ( crispy) and a small pack of fries through Uber eats for an afternoon snack. The order came on time and it was packed nicely. However, the entire food was cold and bad. I know that it was a delivery and depends on how the driver handles it. Still the chicken inside the slider was hard as it was cold. The fries we’re the terrible. They were cold and hard, and extremely salty. It was so pathetic that I could not eat the entire portion.

I like fried chicken. Recently I visited 4 KFC places. Two of them did not had any chicken anymore (during regular day hours), one was closed due to renovation, and one offered fried chicken with a 30 min waiting estimate. I went strait to the competition and got served immediately. If only Colonel Sanders would know how they run down his chicken place....

Excited to finally eat at KFC after the renovations. So disappointed. Requested extra crispy but unfortunately it was just crispy and taste was not the Colonials special recipe. Tasted pretty ordinary. My biscuit was dried out so much I used it as a door stop. Sorry but I was so disappointed today.

We were in Fayetteville @ the store on MLK. Out total bill was almost $50. We live 30 miles away. We got home and half of our sides were missing. We spent an extra $15 for sides, and those sides were missing. We tried for over an hour to call them. The phone rings 15 times, then gives me a fax squeal This business is customer service driven. In my opinion, this store is money driven, not customer service. How many other people have gotten ripped off by then. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER STORE OWNED BY THEM

Two words: immensely disappointing. Order was wrong despite me giving it to the staff three separate times. (Twice at the intercom and once at the window) and all of the food was bland and cold as well. I’d rather drive to springdale than repeat this experience. Or better yet, I’ll just go to Popeyes.
